No individual sealed tea bags
The problem with these tea packages is that the tea bags are loose in the box and not individually sealed, which makes them get stale pretty quickly.

Good, if earthy, herbal tea. Calming, and not too strong to mix well with other teas.
The pandemic has been much worse to others than to me (so far), but even so, my sleep is wrecked and my peace of mind isn't doing too great either. I've been trying "calming" teas as a non-medical option and some of them really work. Hawthorn, Passionflower, and Kanna have all been particularly good, but I have to be careful with the dosage of those (usually no more than 3 a day, and better in the evenings only, since they can put me to sleep). This linden tea has only a mild, earthy taste (reminds me of birch beer) and mixes well with other teas (some stevia, green tea, and a tiny bit of fruit juice is great). I'll be buying more.
