Assume it will end up like the mess in my first picture
Assume it will end up like the mess in my first picture. There is nothing but a bit of friction holding it together. Now, I needed a bracelet, so I drilled holes through all the bullets, strung them together with elastic string, and reclipped them together. It's not a perfect solution, the bullets still have a bit of play and you have to keep the tension even while slipping it over your wrists so the clips don't let go, but now I don't have to worry about it disintegrating mid-Con.

Its okay but a bit fragile for kids
Not that great, it looks good but the bullet harnesses do not hold the bullet chain together that well for kids. If you can put it on and not touch it, it will be ok. If you are a boisterous kid that moves around alot or likes touching stuff expect this thing to come apart constantly. Made for a fairly miserable Halloween actually. If you put any mild pressure on it the chain breaks loose. would have been nice if the black plastic was a bit more rigid. For the money though this isn't a bad buy.

OK if you want to dismantle the belt to obtain separate bullets
Like other buyers, I found that the bullets are easily dislodged from the clips that are supposed to keep the belt as, well, a bandolier. For my use that was OK, because I wanted to dismantle the belt and use each bullet separately in an artwork. If you check out the competition you'll probably find the exact same construction at different prices, sold by different vendors, and different prices. Probably the only way to keep these belts intact is to use a pot of glue - or apply several coats of paint, which will stick everything together.

Horrible quality.
There were 4 costumes that all needed the bullet belt that's why I bought 4 packs. We didn't even have the bullets on for 2 minutes before they started falling apart into small pieces. We spent most of the evening picking them up off the floor and trying to put them back together. Eventually we gave up because they snapped off in more and more places so we just left them whete ever they fell. Needless to say we didn'thave our costumes look finished after that.

Good 'nuff
Okay. They're cheap, plastic bullets. But for the most part, it's perfectly sufficient for what it is. A few of the end caps had fallen out on the trip over, but they snapped back in fine. Each bullet is connected with a link piece, so you can adjust the length perfectly. I made two "bullet wrist cuffs" for a Black Widow costume (had to spray paint them black). Worked great, looked exactly like I wanted, stayed on the whole night.

Not so great
This looks great, but it falls apart so easily just as others have said. I was happy to find it as it added the final touch to my 9 yr olds Halloween costume, he wore it over his shoulder where it crossed over in front of him. I pinned it at the shoulder so it wouldn't fall down. I should have glued each bullet because they were falling out and the little holder that each bullet goes into are linked together and they were coming unlinked. By the end of the night bullets were falling on the ground and he ended up just taking it off. This really shouldn't cost $8 it should be half that because of how cheap its made. But it looks great and like I said it was the final touch to his costume.

each individual "bullet" is capable of removing from the link so turning them in to my Black Widow wrist cuffs was super easy! I
Used these for a Black Widow halloween costume and then for cosplay! each individual "bullet" is capable of removing from the link so turning them in to my Black Widow wrist cuffs was super easy! I hot glued them individually in place since they are capable of sliding out and then simply spray painted them gold. worked out perfectly and I have lots left over if it breaks.

... I was almost hesitant to purchase this but I'm glad I did
After reading some of the reviews I was almost hesitant to purchase this but I'm glad I did. The belt is very long for me (I'm 5'3) but I love how each bullet is an individual and you can adjust the length by removing the bullets. I had no problems with the belt coming apart. I bought this to wear as part of my steampunk costume and I made it more rustic by using a dry brush with a bit of black paint to lightly brush each bullet. Came out great!!
