An amazing compilation of recipes my kids will be receptive to!
I’ve been waiting for this cookbook to drop for WEEKS, and it’s finally here! I have other Keto cookbooks - and they have great recipes too, but this one? It’s SO geared toward what my children are willing to eat and explore. Until now, I’ve struggled with transitioning them (let’s be real - my husband too lol) to more low-carb/ketogenic options. This book had a solution for every dead end I’ve endured. There aren’t complex ingredients or steps, and there are plenty of colorful pictures throughout. Nearly every recipe in here looks like a winner to try for my picky family. I’m so excited for my kiddos to peruse it and pick out recipes for the upcoming week. Thanks for creating a phenomenal book, Sam Dillard!

Lots of Reasons Love This Cookbook!
I ordered this book with mediocre hopes of finding recipes for my 9 year daughter. The day I received the cookbook, I made my first recipe (grilled cheese sandwich) and was hooked!! The recipes are incredibly easy and so, so good. My husband is even a fan!Please create more cookbooks like this!!

Not worth it , just google a recipe
Same method / cooking style for all mealsIe meats minced or shredded, mixed with eggs and or different cheeses And gums -either baked fried breaded steamed ... but same ingredients with a variation of spices here and there . disappointing that it disregarded lectins and used xanthan gum I almost every recipe

Great for the whole family!
This is one of the best cook books, not only for kids, but for anyone!! My kiddo who rarely will eat veggies really enjoys the turkey-zucchini meatballs and we all love the chicken nuggets!!Great book, so glad I purchased it through Carolyn Ketchum’s recommendation!

This is a must for any parent!
picked this up for my kids to get them into eating a bit healthier AND intro Duce them to new fun meals. I do Keto as an adult and its hard to get my kids on it, or it was until this book came along, I've made 6 recipes out of it so far and they have all been homers with my girls (6 & 9 years).it covers breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes along with snacks and dessert and ranges everywhere from home made fun pizza to DIY lemon dummies plus all the recipes are made so you can do them WITH your kids which is a big thing in my house.'as a parent that struggles with weightless and doesn't want that painful road for their kids I can't recommend this book enough,

Really good cookbook!
Looooove this book! We have made several meals already and have liked or loved everything we have made. This book allows my 6-year old to help meal plan, choosing meals she can be excited to try and help cook. Recipes are simple and don't include too many ingredients. Thank you to the author for writing!

Delicious!
We've tried almost all of the recipes in this book, and they are all simply delicious! I appreciate the fact that they are so easy to make and don't require a million of ingredients. And even my son, who is a very picky eater, cleans out his plate and asks for seconds. So glad I gave it a try.

Get this, it’s great
Ordered this for my little girl, she’s 12. I was out when it arrived so when I got home she’d highlighted various recipes she wanted to make. Quick trip to Asda for a waffle iron (£18) and now we’ve tried the waffles and the bread rolls. Both were delicious. When I started low carb I got some pink salt. This is a whole new world!!!!

Not just for kids.
Nice little book with plenty of keto/low carb recipes. My son went through it and picked out the ones he wanted to try. Not just for kids.

I love this and so do my kids!
This was the first keto diet book I ever bought and I wasn't disappointed. After finding that my partner and kids were all pre-diabetic, I decided to take charge of our diets. Obviously, reducing childrens' carbohydrate intake to less than 50g per day, whilst also making sure they are getting all the nutrients they need to stay healthy and grow, is no easy feat; and I can tell you, there were many protestations when I declared there would be no more bread, pasta, crackers, potatoes, rice, cereal, sweets or sugar on the menu for the foreseeable future. However, this book made the transition so much easier. If you're going to restrict an entire food group, you best make damn sure that the food you're replacing it with is nutritious, satiating and tastes good. Not just for kids, this book has many simple, yet exciting recipes that the whole family will love, so much that they won't feel like they're missing out on anything. My daughter in particular took great delight in pouring over the lovely pictures, and has taken an enthusiastic interest in baking all sorts of delicious keto treats, with favourites being the flax seed crackers and the lemon cake (which is to die for). With recipes such as 'Just for me Grilled Cheese' and 'Keto Granola', my kids no longer miss carbs and are so much healthier for it. All the recipes I've tried are delicious, but if I had to choose a favourite, I think it would be the 'everything but the bun burger casserole', which was cheap and easy to make and a hit with everyone.

Delicious recipes. Quick and easy to prepare.
I really like this book! I've bought several recipe books after previewing a few of the recipes only to purchase the book and return it due to it not being what I expected. This was the first time I have bought a recipe book and actually love just about every recipe. What makes it even better is that my daughter loves the recipes also. They are delicious. A lot of the recipes do call for dairy, but I just use lactose free dairy products and it works great! The recipes are also quick and easy to make. I would definitely recommend this Book!
