Icke-good at what he does
This book is an excellent source for anyone who needs their eyes open to the matrix. By exposing conspiracy, he identifies the problem, and for that reason alone, the book merits attention.I have long been concerned about societies such as Skull and Crossbones. Based on the readings of Rudolf Steiner on Ahriman and Lucifer, I had also come to the conclusion that certain wars could be used as a black magic ritual to fuel negative energy. However, it seems to me that he needs to reflect a little more on the purpose of certain mystery schools and scriptures which were not, originally, malevolent. I agree that the schools have fallen into decadence, have been corrupted and are dangerous in their modern form. This was to a large degree the result of the Fall, which gradually separated humanity from our more enlightened origins. Therefore, the critical shortcoming of this book is that it does not allow us to look back at certain primeval wisdom which could be a source of strength for our liberation. For example, certain concepts as the trinity have have primeval, fallen and redeemed versions. For a more balanced view, I would recommend reading some of the gnostic, cathar, alchemical authors which struggled with these questions.Icke has done an excellent job of exposing the matrix, but he has also condemned certain keys for unlocking it.

The truth is always hard to accept!
It is very interesting. But is the research accurate, because if you want to share this info NObody will, believe it. He doesmnot acknowledge if there is a God....No one can prove or disapprove.....I reall do not believein Satin...but evil does exist that there lies the balance in the Universe, positive and negative energy they have to co-exist........Some of the points he makes...like Vicent Foster that has bee known the day that happen I realize there was more to this he makes a very interesting point a left handed person shoots himself with the right hand? The book is not for the average person. I fould it some what difficult to accept...Ignorance can be blist! I would liketo see a movie on this subject! but who would make it? I feel that had some of the info but the book gives names. It is almost that humanity does not have a chance to fight this type of behaviors that the book talks about like the Bushes, Clintons, Regains and many more that are included in this book, Where is the solution? not in the book!

Global Conspiracy - Icke's Pet Lizard
This is a big book, over 600 pages, and it took me a while to read, but it covers a lot of information on all aspects of society. A friend saw the size of the book and asked me what I was reading. I read them this one quote, and it is a perfect summary of this book:"Just look at us. Everything is backwards. Doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, universities destroy knowledge, governments destroy freedom, the media destroy information and religions destroy spirituality."Icke makes a great comparison to Orwell's book 1984. We are basically living this book 25 years later. The repetitive theme of the conspiracy is Problem - Reaction - Solution, and it keeps coming up again and again, all over the world. The contrived problems require a government solution, and the fear they cause leads us to accept a solution resulting in a loss of freedom. Of course the same people always come up connected to allowing the "problems" to occur. What a coincidence!Although Icke's information on the Reptilians may be hard to accept given the prevailing paradigms, it can be looked at as the lowest part of the human brain that is so strong and dominant in these people that it overrides everything else. But then, after watching Obama catch a fly on TV, maybe they really are human hybrids. He gives a great perspective and includes plenty of references for anyone who doubts his credibility.

I used to like Icke's work, now I never want to read anything from him again
I not only enjoy reading about conspiracy, I believe SOME of it. Even a lot of it. But I have no tolerance for people who make stuff up, lie, or have serious substance abuse problems. (LIke at least one of the major conspiracy theory writers does). When I got to page 68 I threw the book into the recycling bin, wondering how many trees had to die to print this worthless garbage. Actually more than worthless - misleading, giving legitimate conspiracy theorists a bad name.Let me quote, "....facts that most people don't know: The Himalayas, Alps, and Andes mountain ranges only reached anything like their present height around 11,000 to 13,000 years ago.". I even read a bit further to make sure I didn't interpret this out of context, and I did not, he meant it. David, when you got laughed off that TV program several years back, I had compassion for you, now I don't.Enough said.
