Kids loved them good value for money and case is good as they all get put awa after use without any getting lost

I am appalled!
I bought these hoping that they would be nice and good substitutes for some other markers. However, after receiving them today I am horrified. Not only are half of the markers dry & dont work, but I found a bundle of hair inside the bag they came in! This is absolutely disgusting! So now after paying £23 I am left with worse markers than i had before and I have some random persons hair! I will certainly be in contact about getting a refund, this is absolutely unacceptable.
