Not sure where it’s made but it ships from China so I would assume it’s also made in China.

No, it does not come with case. But this is a GREAT tool, used it on a bathroom reno.

What is the difference between models iws-1234p .... and .... iws-1234ps ?

Both of them works on copper crimp rings. IWS-1234PS is shorten than IWS-1234P in length.
