Inspirational, motivating, and extremely educational. Combining powerlifting and bodybuilding into one perfect symphony is an art form. Nam is the absolute best at what he does. How many look like him and are capable of doing what he does?... Every movement in this book compliments another and more importantly, the big 3 (Bench squat deadlift). My favorite part though, is that Nam explains why and how to do the exercises.

Absolutely amazing!!
If you’re debating on buying this for yourself,DO IT ASAP!! I’ve been in the lifting game for awhile now,but learned soooo much from this book. Everything is extremely well written and easy to follow,his mindset will get you fired up 12/10 times. Take the leap and start 2022 off strong!! I’m telling you,you will not be disappointed

Very Thorough and Methodical.
Awesome read. Invaluable information that goes in depth into detail regarding execution of reps, and the purpose behind each set/exercise. For more difficult movements, they are explained very well. I initially bought the book due to nam thomas being my fav lifter, but after reading I now know how much of a genius he is. If you are into weight training this is a MUST for $30!

Not only do you get the program but you also get into the mind of a champion. What it takes to breed success not only in the weight room, but throughout life. Also, sick gains with the programming!

Ordered my book and it got delivered to NZ, no problem. Fantastic book by Nam, and gives a detailed insight into his training and also importantly, his mindset philosophy. Loving the workouts, as they are a mixture of strategic power and hypertrophy. Will report on gainzzz at the end of 12 weeks. Thanks Nam and keep up the content. Respect!!!

This was way more than I ever expected out of ...
This was way more than I ever expected out of a book! The programs are detailed and explained, the mental approach, methods and how to implement them in your training. I competed twice last year, on the platform and in bodybuilding and I learned more from this book than I have since I started training 3 years ago!

Great book
Great book about the mentality of an excellent strength and bodybuilding athlete. Goes into great detail about training blocks for muscle building and strength building. Great detail, and an enjoyable read
