ECHOGEAR SwivelBoost TV Stand - Universal Replacement Stand for TVs Up to 65"- Height Adjustable Up to 8" & Smooth TV Swivel - Works with Samsung, LG, Sony & More

I bought this to use with my new LG 65" C9 OLED. My previous Samsung TV had a swivel stand that I use all the time, I was disappointed that most TV's these days don't have these types of stands. The Echogear stand was exactly what I was looking for, and solved this problem!There are a few downsides to this stand. It rotates VERY easily, you need almost no pressure to swivel the TV. This could be a problem if you have young kids. Or could also be pushed too quickly and have your TV hit the wall. For me its not an issue. There doesn't seem to by any adjustment to make the TV more difficult to swivel.It was also a bit strange that the brackets on the back mount horizontally, as opposed to vertically like most other mounts. (although based on the design, I can see why this is needed) However, the brackets are much longer than they need to be, going way past the 300 x 200 VESA pattern on the C9. In my case, the lower bracket sticks out over the TV's network port on the back, making it impossible to plug in a cable. (I had to resort to using the TV's Wifi, which works fine) This could be an issue on some TV's that have HDMI jacks in the rear, as it could block them. If your TV has side HDMI ports, you'll be fine.Lastly, the Pole in the middle is metal, but the bottom pedestal of the stand is plastic. The metal post does screw into a hard plastic collar to mate to the pedestal, and it feels sturdy, but I'm slightly worried about it, they should have just made the entire bottom metal.Besides these few quirks, for the price, this stand is fantastic!

We just purchased an LG 55" OLED (OLED55CXPUA.) The stand that came with the LG, although quite beautiful and sturdy, didn't allow it to pivot and the stand was so wide I couldn't find a Lazy Susan big enough for it. My prior TV had a smaller stand so I had it on a TV Lazy Susan. Since I am working from home due to COVID it was nice to pivot the set to my living room area to watch TV. I was concerned if this stand would work with the 55" LG and placed an e-mail through their website and received a reply within the hour. Later, prior to purchase I called them with another question and got through to someone immediately who answered my question. The instructions for the ECHOGEAR2 stand are easy to follow if you don't skip or rush through the information. I would DEFINITELY recommend using a decent LEVEL. I found it easier to almost tighten the two horizontal metal bars and then use the level. Once Leveled to tighten the screws. I think the hardest part was making sure that the two horizontal bars were centered so that the metal vertical bar was level as well. Once again, we found to have slightly loose screws so we could adjust all around with the level was best. You definitely need two people to set it on the stand (a third would have been great to help us click it on to our preferred level but we managed!) The stand has a good turning angle and, most importantly, feels very sturdy.

This is the next best thing. minimalist tv holder. Discovered I had metal in the wall, so we couldn’t mount our tv. It was hard to find something that wasn’t too big or ugly. This works really well. This is very sturdy, easy to install, and a great alternative to wall hanging without being ugly. The height is adjustable, as is the movement and tilt. More than suits our needs.

After receiving a 55" TV as a gift, I needed a stand so I could keep using the piece of furniture that the 40" TV had occupied. This went together fairly easy for that TV once I figured out which screws to use, but I did need help to attach it to the base. I've had it for several months, and it has been holding up.I bought a second one recently for the old 40" TV (circa 2019) because that one didn't fit the piece of furniture I planned to use. I had more trouble with that installation. The instructions say one set of screws should fit the TV, but I had to use a mix with this television. The top slightly curved so I had to use spacers with the smaller screws, but then I couldn't get a good fit for the mid-back with any of the screws when I used the washer. I finally installed it without the washers on the lower back, and it seems to work.It's a good stand, seems sturdy to date, and I like the swivel feature. It doesn't tilt if that's important to you, but there are a range of height options for hanging the television on the stand.

If you want a good, heavy base and not two skinny feet this is the stand for you. Easy to assemble, and I could hang the TV myself onto the stand. I like the fact you can select the height the TV will be off the stand base by which hook on the back you select. It can me 1 inch off the stand 10" at least for my 43 inch TLC 4K TV. It also swivels very easily as well. Good value for the money.

The media could not be loaded. I have never felt as my Samsung TV was stable on the provided stand. I always wanted one that would swivel like my old Samsung TV. I plan on getting a cat and was a little nervous about the cat jumping up on the TV stand. This was super easy to put together. I did do it by myself . I am 63 years old and a woman. It does recommend 2 people when putting the TV stand actually on the base which I would agree with. I did it myself and I would not recommend it. The swivel is very nice and the stand is super duper sturdy. Just a note most of the parts are metal. However the base that lays flat on the TV stand is plastic. At 1st I wasn't thrilled with this idea and then I realized it would be too heavy.I do recommend this TV SWIVEL STAND.

Bought this for my new 55” tv. It was super easy to put together. Tv slips on or off the bracket just by lifting the tv. The swivel feature is great, when I’m not watching tv I can turn it flat against the wall and it’s out of the way. The base and frame work are super sturdy. The one thing I will mention is when Placing this on a tv stand, if your tv is big put a rubber mat or rubber holders of some sort under the base. . The stand tends to slide as you turn the tv. Not a big deal my tv stand had a smooth wooden surface so I just put earthquake putty under the edge of the tv stand to prevent the sliding. I love the stand. Works perfect for the spot I had. The tv came with legs in the outer most edges and it would not fit on my current stand. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

So einen TV-Ständer habe ich schon lange gesucht. Er hat einen guten und breiten Fuß wo man aucheine Centerbox draufstellen kann. Die Halterung ist sehr flexibel und der Aufbau Kinderleicht dazu sind auch noch alle erdenklichen Schrauben und Abstandhalter dabei, vor allem keine Löcher in die Wand bohren müssen und den TV kann man drehen wenn mal ein anderes Kabel eingesteckt werden muss, die Kabelführung ist auch gut durchdacht.Habe einen 65 Zoll TV und der steht sicher. Bin sehr zufrieden.

La base es muy estable. Veo una pega y una posible mejora para el producto. Lleva unos tornillos muy grandes en casi todo el conjunto, menos cuatro de ellos, los que unen las dos partes del conjunto, el que ancla al televisor con el pie que gira. No soy ingeniero e imagino que esos tornillos aguantarán, aunque yo no pondría una televisión muy grande, la mía es de 50 pulgadas.Aunque solo sea por la tranquilidad de los clientes, yo los pondría más acordes al tamaño del resto de tornillos. En las fotos trato de mostrar la diferencia de tamaño a la que me refiero, así como una solución chapuza por la que he optado para estar más tranquilo. Son unas bridas reforzando el conjunto, solo en la parte de arriba (al menos la televisión no se caerá, espero).Es uno de los pies más caros, por lo que creo que se merecería unos tornillos más grandes. Orientable trop facilement

Just in stalled this unit to replace my broken 55 inch LG stand. I really like the instructions and the way they were detailed. Lots of spacers and washers and lots of different screws /bolts to accommodate different TVs. I especially love the swivel which was the main reason we needed this model. Swivel is smooth, solid and steady. My thought with the 55 inch screen was that it would be dangerously wonky. This was not the case at all. TV is solid, safe and swivels very smoothly.

The Echogear EGTV2 stand was easily fitted to my Samsung 65TU8507 TV purchased in the UK in November 2020.Contrary to what some other feedback stated, I didn't have to carry out any modification although, as an engineer, I would have been happy to do so.The bolts provided, however, were either too short or too long. Plastic spacers were also provided to cover for this but I chose to use proper metal washers instead. So I ended up using the 50mm bolts provided but inserted M8 washers to a thickness of 9mm between the TV and the stand.My preference was to have the TV set as low on the stand as possible and this still allowed for four further slot adjustments upwards had I preferred that.The plastic base of the stand can easily slide over the top of aTV unit so I recommend that you put some high friction rubber mat between the two. In my case, my TV unit was made from wood and I sourced some black M8 dome-headed allen bolts, washers and nuts and drilled through the base and the TV unit so that I have a permanent child-friendly securely fitted TV.I think this TV stand is extremely well made and I would recommend it. It was easier to install than some others I have dealt with in the past. The swivel facility is excellent.
