Editing, editing, editing
I really enjoyed this story, but the poor editing has me quavering as to whether I will try another story or not. For example "He bent over Reggie his cocks", sentences like this abound. It makes it a struggle to understand the story and severely distracts from it. The wrong words are used, they when it should be the, missing words such as " a" or wrong gender reference. It's a shame since the author writes decently.

Fascinating new world
I was reluctant to read this since I don't like snake-like things. Although the Vori aren't snakes, they do have coils and scales along with some other, non-snakelike features. This is a new world and introduces several creatures. I immersed myself into this fascinating world and was held captive by the culture found there. Reggie was a strong female who had been kidnapped from Earth. She fights back to keep from having to go with the cruel creature that had her and instead manages to be just where she needs to be. Dr. Vadal was a caring doctor who has just finished studying different species. He is a researcher along with being a healer. Shaagra was Vadal's nest mate. He has emotional and physical damage, and was large and fierce. Walooth was a quiet, soft spoken man who was a friend of Vadal's as they were growing up and had wanted to be Vadal's nest mate. He was smaller than the other two but is definitely a sweetheart. I liked each of the characters for different reasons and I felt the author wrote them so well you really had a sense of who they were. There was a lot to overcome, some intense moments and some happy ones. I can't wait for the next book.

Since I am starting book six
It is about time I sent in a review. I have really enjoyed this series I guess that's apparent from the fact I have already read five of the series. I like the plots and outcomes of the books with the exception of the first where human women were bundled off to be raped repeatedly and have it called mating. Yup, the frog guys need to be removed from the galactic gene pool. In a literary way it makes since that a few galactic species would be ... Anal Orifices. Yes and we all know what I mean by that. Book five shows that more than one SO species. I kind of want the galactic council would be put recharge of the mating thing.

Fantastic
A couple editing issues but the story is so good you barely notice and you don't care. Loved the character development and culture and world building. Can't wait for the next and hope it will be soon.

Enjoyable read
Although the aliens are quite different or should I say, a little difficult to accept easily as romantic partners, the story was great. The plot, the characters' emotional scars, the love and acceptance, all made for an uplifting read. 📚 Great cover 😉

First of all, is that cover not totally hot????!!! I loved it!Next, I thourouly enjoyed this story from start to finish!!! This goes on my reread pile! I find i like each book more and more. The characters seem so real. The worldbuilding is interesting. I hope someday these get put on audio with a good reader like Aiden Snow. Whooowee! That would be hot! I wanted to make it 5 star but the typos continue to be a problem.

Loved the interaction between the protagonists! This sci-fi romance between a heartbroken female and her emotional and physically scarred mates was a sweet and steamy read.
