The spray and pressure is perfect. While not the most attractive, it's produces the best spray of any higher priced unit. Easy to install, swivels nicely. The four rows of smaller holes vs their newer design with three rows with larger holes makes a huge difference. Make certain you get the four rows of holes and you'll love it. And no, I don't believe you'll need to remove flow restrictor, since it's more of screen to filter out specks of dirt/corrosion vs really restricting the flow (to any great degree) -- but it will also work fine without it (but maybe with a touch harder spray).

This is a nice shower head that delivers good volume and pressure. I like a narrower spray pattern and this gives me that. What it doesn't give me though is a needle spray. Shower heads simply aren't being produced to give a close pattern needle spray anymore, it seems, and I miss that very much; it's been decades since I was able to enjoy invigorating strong sharp spray.

I've had this same shower head for several years and it still has great flow. Our other bathroom needed a new shower head so I ordered the Siroflex (4 row) again and I'm happy to say this new one works just as well as the first one. Also this new head came with a nice filter screen inside which was not offered with my older head (and no the screen did not restrict the water flow at all). My sister visited us for a few days and she mentioned how nice the shower head was. So please understand this is not a fancy bells & whistles shower head, it is a simple white plastic head with no adjustments - but it doesn't need any because the flow is perfect. No tools required to install, hand tighten only.The performance is better than some $40 heads I've had in the past. VERY IMPORTANT only purchase the Siroflex with 4 rows (4 circles) of spray holes. You can purchase this shower head with 3 rows or 4 rows, huge difference between the two. My dad ordered the 3 row and promptly sent it back for the 4 row.

Hands down, the best shower head I have ever used. It works so great I have ordered extras to give as gifts!

This product sucks. The water pressure decreases the warmer it gets. Not sure why everyone is praising this product. If you like to take like warm or cold showers this is the showerhead for you.

I went to my parents house and they had this shower head. I asked them where they got it and they couldn't remember so I search the internet and I came upon this one. Lo and behold it's the same one. The pressure coming out of this thing is amazing I've been telling anyone who wants to listen how great it is. Is it bad if I thought about bringing it with me on vacation to hotels?

Initially, I liked the shower head. After a couple years use not so much. It clogs easily and mildews even easier. I have to scrub the head every other day to keep the head from clogging. I spray it daily to keep mildew from growing. I replaced it! I do not recommend this shower head. 2/6/2020First, I never received the soap! Second, the shower head is good. It is better than the wide rain style. I would recommend it - just don't plan on getting the soap.

Per all reviews/recommendations, I wanted this little shower head to give me the best possible spray for my lower pressure water supply. Many of the jets in the middle spray like a clump, the jets don’t retain their individual stream. I was hopeful, but it’s only okay.
