A friend of mine told me about this miracle pet stain/odor remover. I pretty much have tried everything, so I was a bit skeptic. It was shipped quickly - my only complaint was some of the product leaked (a tiny bit) but it is wrapped in sturdy plastic overwrap packaging so that it did not get another item in the box wet.Easy to use spray bottle and I tried it on cat vomit (mostly it was cat food that came up) - the vomit was about a week old (I was trying to let it dry out before I cleaned it up). And it was on a new light colored rug, ugh. Well to my delight, all the stains came right up and it did not stain my carpet! And it has a very light, clean/fresh smell that me and my cats have no objection to!! Happy cat lady here, highly recommend to others!!

I used the product as directed and saturated the area affected. It was okay for a while after it dried, but a day later the odor reappeared. Now I'll have to soak it AGAIN and wait for it to dry. In the meantime there won't be any passengers in the front seat, unless they want a wet bottom.

This is the fourth time I have purchased this item. Love it! Does the job! The first three times it arrived without damage to the outside package and was secured tightly, completely covered in tight plastic with a spray nozzle inside the plastic. This time the outside package was not damaged. BUT there was a hole in the inner rap of plastic and there was no spray nozzle! It looked like it had been removed from the bottle. The bottle was not completely full of liquid as it usually is. Unsure if it had leaked out or had been tampered with. If so, feel uneasy using the liquid. PLUS don't have a spray nozzle! I have requested and I am getting a replacement free of charge. As I said this is the only incident that has happened with this item. Was disappointed with this shipment but will order again in the future.

We have seven cats, all rescues. Things happen and now we have spray bottles in every room. You wouldn’t know we have the cats and one dog. We useIt on bedding before a wash and on our Persian rugs. I get it on subscription now and share it with friends who need the best remedy for all manner of things that can happen with pets, usually just before guests arrive or anytime!

UPDATE: I used this on a carpet in the basement that smelled horrible, I was going to through it away. It wasn't a pet odor more like musty and I cannot believe the smell is completely gone. After that I used it in another room it is AMAZING! Directions: After spraying let it sit for 10 minutes. For tough odors it says to put a cloth on it with something heavy on top. I did a much larger area so I used a Viva Cloth towels to soak it up & wipe it clean. You can also use a fan or upen the windows.Works great for pet stains which are normally hard to get clean.

I thought I was going to have to throw my favorite love seat away after a pretty nasty sick doggie accident. Although I had cleaned it well, I wasn't able to completely remove the stain or get rid of the smell. As a last resort I purchased this product and followed the instructions. I thought to myself, "No way is this going to work as well as they say." I was wonderfully surprised! The stain is completely gone, and the scent is clean and fresh at last! Now I get to keep my love seat!

It doesn’t work, just covers the pee and all you get is a combination of urine smell with some fragrance. It’s way overpriced for what it does. This bottle is not worth it more than 5$. I was looking for a replacement for Natural Miracle as I found that one has a fragrance that is a little bit too strong for me, but it really works! I have returned this and ordered the other one back. I really was expecting much more for this price. It may work for tiles or hard surfaces, but if you deal with urine on fabrics, forget about it! Big No-No!

We have a 6 month old boxer and baby nephews and neices that are over a lot so I was looking for a very safe, natural product to clean and deodorize after Mya has an accident. I’m really glad I tried VetPro Complete out. It has a really nice fresh smell that isn’t too strong. The enzymes eliminate the urine odor....it’s a noticeable difference from the non enzyme I’ve used for a while now. Surprisingly it removed coffee too from our beige carpet. Definitely a winner!
