Pros and Cons
The media could not be loaded. Already having two fountains offering a different style of waterflow; the fabulous Catit Flower Fountain and a trusty old Petmate fountain, I did extensive searching for a third fountain in my budget with another different waterflow experience for my 4 male cats.I have Amazon Prime so didn't have to wait long and excitedly opened the box, to see it had an EU plug.....I re-read the description, looked at the photos again, re-watched the video.....nothing to advise/to show it wouldn't come with a UK plug.I find this extremely frustrating and disappointing.This should be stated in the description - I wouldn't have purchased.Luckily my dad had a spare EU to UK plug so I could use it the next day.Pros: Looks great, it's almost completely silent and literally within two minutes, two of my boys had already used it.Cons: The EU plug. Also, the plug/power unit; why is it so long? It sticks out so far from the wall, it's completely limiting to where it can go without being knocked when walking past. See photos.In summary:It's a great fountain - the fountain can have 5 stars. But im giving it 3 stars because of the ridiculous plug.

Large capacity
Not as noisey as I thought it would be.good flow of water. Cat seems to like it. I have it on eco mode so the water only pumps every couple of minutes. Came with a shaver style plug, I assume because it's electricity and water, but it has a usb connector so I just used an old phone charger instead.

Our cats love it!
The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent product, very easy to assemble and looks great. It intrigued our cats to begin with as they played with the water but as you can see from the video they are now loving fresh water whenever they want it! Highly recommended!

Fantastic and easy to use!
This product is amazing! Both my cat and pup love it and my cat is very fussy and won't drink from a water bowl, only running water which is why I purchased this item. Extremely easy to set up and was up and running in minutes. Amazing!

Cats love it, just a FYI comes with a EU plug
This product is excellent. It works really well. My cat loves it.

I would give this zero stars if I could. This looks counterfeit to me. Chinese writing and very poor adaptor. Not even a U.K. plug with it. Avoid
