Dead easy and worked a treat.
I paired this with a 1TB Sabrent drive. It worked a treat - and didn’t have any “sleep” issues. I installed the MacOS from a Timemachine backup rather than from a bootable USB. In my opinion this is much quicker and easier. The tricky bit was getting the screw from the original drive out. It completely sheared, but having a replacement screw included in the kit was an invaluable addition.

Works Flawlessly
Firstly I looked at what others had done so was selective in the SSD that I used. The Sabrent 512GB Rocket NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 Internal SSD High Performance Solid State Drive (SB-ROCKET-512) was frequently purchased with this item. Here is what worked for me.MacBook Air Early 2014 with original 128GB DriveUpgraded to CatalinaCreated an install USB drive for Catalina (16GB drive used)Backed up everything I wanted to Keep, as wanted a fresh install.Switched out original drive (Remember the Pentalobe screws before you start)Booted holding down Options KeyStarted Install and entered Disk Utility'sFormatted the drive and returned to install. Completed and rebooted.Everything works as expected, Hibernation, Wireless and Performance boost as shown.Definitely recommend this product.

Amazing! Has changed my macbook immeasurably!
Having been tied to a paltry 128Gb of SSD in my early 2015 13" Macbook Pro (A1502), I have tried almost all easy solutions to expand the storage, from USB external drives to half size SDs that fit in the slot at the side, nothing has been quite right, but I've not wanted to stump up the many hundreds of pounds for an OEM HDD. It was only recently that I discovered that Apple had added support for NVME SSDs into the firmware, opening up the possibility of using a standard issue NVME SSD with an adapter, at a fraction of the cost. I eagerly purchased both this and a 1TB Intel 660p SSD.I eagerly opened the packages and backed up my mac, only to be faced with the first problem - Apple have used a pentalobe (P5) screw on the bottom of the Mac. Despite having almost every conceivable screw driver bit, those were missing from my collection. Another order to Amazon and I had the necessary bit. Note: you'll also need a Torx T5 to undo the SSD once you've got inside. Replacing the SSD was easy, although the card clicked in a lot further than I had imagined, so make sure it's fully seated. Fired it up, reset the PRAM and away we go installing MacOS again.I've happily been using my massively expanded storage space for several days now without a hitch. I've attached a benchmark of the 660p - I'm pretty sure it's faster than the original drive! It sleeps without issue and has been absolutely faultless. This upgrade has literally changed my Mac's life!

Does the job nicely.
This adaptor has worked great for me in my 2014 MBP15 retina. Only issues I have are related to the OSX NVME support that requires me to disable sleep. This will be the same with any adapter.Pretty easy to fit as well, with no other parts needed to be removed. Make sure you've got a small screwdriver set including torx though.

Works fine on MacBook Pro 15" (mid-2015) with Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB
After repeated "Folder Icon with Question Mark" showing up on my MacBook Pro during bootup, my original Apple SSD 1TB eventually stopped working completely. Thankfully I was making frequent backups of my data using Time Machine. This SSD Adapter worked out perfectly well for me in a MacBook Pro 15" (mid-2015) with Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB. (I am running on MacOS Mojave 10.14.6)One hiccup to watch out for... it was a tight squeeze to fit the Samsung EVO Plus with this SSD Adapter back into my MacBook Pro. Hence it only gets 2-stars for "easy to install". Also, it seems to be just an adapter on a circuit board with no electronic chips at all -- at least the ones I looked at all seem to be like that. I suspect it should be sold at a cheaper price as there doesn'e seem to be much to it. At least it works :-)Note: I had ordered both the Samsung 970 EVO Plus and this adapter at the same time. However, when this item arrived its instructions leaflets stated that, amongst others, does not work with the Samsung 970 EVO Plus -- actually, this is incorrect! It works absolutely fine with it. Just make sure that you have updated to MacOS Mojave (preferrably the latest update thereof) before you proceed to replace your SSD. I have not updated to Catalina yet so I cannot comment on its suitability.

Works perfectly with a MacBook Pro Retina 13 Late 2013 model A1502
I bought this to upgrade the storage on my late 2013 MacBook Pro Retina 13 (A1502) and it works perfectly. I'm using it with a Sabrent 2TB Rocket NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 SSD and the speed is fantastic. Very, very pleased.

It DOES have sleep issues but it does the job
I have to say installation was a breeze. I followed a very simple guide on youtube but it was pretty straight forward. Fitment is good and it comes with a replacement screw.Installing Mac OS- Mojave was also quick and effortless and really did give me high hopes for this product. However now I have it installed I am having sleep issues where by the laptop freezes having been asleep for a little while. Its a pain having to hard reset every time I want to use my laptop.I paired it with a samsung 970 evo 1tb m.2 name drive and it runs super quick and its a huge upgrade to my old 120gb ssd.If the hibernation issue won't bother you, this should do the job.

Highly Recommended
This was a well packaged kit including a small screwdriver and screws. I used it with a Sabrent 1TB rocket SSD to upgrade an MBP 13 early 2015. Very simple to do and there are several YouTube videos on the key steps. Highly recommended.

In definitiva ottimo prodotto!!!

Funciona o no funciona... Este funciona.
