Martial Arts Stretches Poster Chart

I bought this along with some 3/4" martial arts floor mats for our new exercise room. I really like this poster. It's a straight-forward black and white chart with simple, accurate line drawings and well-written instructions. The poster arrived very quickly and was well packaged for shipping. The one and only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because it is folded, not rolled in a tube, so it's not going to look good framed. But the seller does state this clearly in the product description, so I was aware of that before I bought it. Very reasonably priced.

The poster has plenty of relevant stretches. They are all very good and helping me to become more flexible. The illustrations are good and the instructions are clear and thorough. The reason I would withhold half a star is because the poster is folded instead of rolled. This will decrease its lifespan, unless you have it laminated. The folds will eventually wear holes in the paper at the creases.

Poster looks good; however, it was folded. I would have preferred it rolled in a tube. Otherwise, it's a fun addition to my kid's martial arts themed bedroom.

I have this poster / chart framed and hanging on my Dojang wall. I encourage my students to use it as a reference point for basic stretching!

Great foray of must do stretches. Perhaps offer a laminate to keep it protected and straight for hanging?

It was shipped folded instead of rolled. I purchased it to put in a poster frame for my husband and our workout room. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't shipped rolled like other posters that I've ordered.
