Easy and effective
My friend has been raving about how great the Gymboss was for working out so I had to try it. I must say, it’s even better than they said! Works as advertised and easy to use. Can’t imagine working out without it now.

Perfect for Tabata or interval training without blowing up your phone.
This is perfect for when I’m using my phone for an audiobook or music and still need a timer (hate it when the story is interrupted on my device, and some apps won’t work simultaneously). The sound is adjustable for noisy gyms or quieter settings. I like the multiple mounting options - sometimes I’ll clip to my tank strap or to the bike.

Great for timing run intervals separate from your running watch.
Easy to program and especially liked the large display. Wanted to have a timer separate from my running watch. Once the interval is set on the running watch you can't change it mid workout. The Gymboss is perfect for changing mid-workout. Vibration mode perfect for running, and not annoying others with the beep. Liked the ability to clip it to my shirt! Flexibility to be able to clip from the other side of the timer would be great, and a back light as well, but not a deal breaker.

For getting in to cardio, or training for ultras, this thing is amazing for EMOM training. Intervals are the ticket for getting up to long distance quickly and this device hooks on to a watch band easily, vibrates and beeps convincingly and helps you get your miles in. Love this thing. The week mine was destroyed, I had to get another one.

They don't make them like they used to
I am an operations manager at a fitness facility. We have been using gym bosses for years. All of our coaches use them.Over the years the quality has changed. They used to have a better button feel, then the buttons changed.The buttons often become depressed and won't pop back out. I have 3 of them sitting on my desk right now that broke within 2 weeks of usage.I have yet to find something else with the features we need to run our fitness sessions.

Love gymboss. Maybe could be a little louder.

It’s not loud enough like the ones from body rock.
I like the white color. I would recommend to a friend for working out its great but unfortunately not loud enough if you like to workout to music.

Very compact and easy to set up and use for interval training.
This product is light weight and easy to set up and use for running intervals using Jeff Galloway’s run/walk running program.
