This product did not work
Unfortunately, I shipped this to my second home, thinking "what could go wrong?". I ordered 9/2023 and the return window closed 10/2023. I arrived too late in the month to find out it was defective. Tried in two different remote controls, and the battery that is good works in both, and this one works in neither. Therefore, I don't recommend buying it.

It didn't bring my Crestron remote control back to life, But I really think it is the remote and not the battery.

Batter did not work in the device I ordered it for. Was supposed to be a direct replacement for the old battery. On the plus side, the seller was pretty easy to deal with and refunded the money without much much fuss. It’s a chance, however, because we much would have preferred a battery with at worked. Oh well, gonna have to keep looking I guess.
