Good addition to any 60s collection

Great songs very happy

I wasn't a big fan of Herman's Hermits, but they did make some good records and they did have a lot of success in the UK and the US.This is a fine collection with the original recordings of the chart hits plus some others. I don't think Peter Noone ever matured musically, he just followed the same path all the way. But he did have a very good run, a bit lightweight, although a lot of good songs. And you've got the whole collection on this CD. He came a long way after appearing in Coronation Street !Great price for a Greatest Hits CD and well worth adding to my collection. The last couple of songs on here (Bet Yer Life I Do and Lady Barbara) were actually credited to Peter Noone & Herman's Hermits when they were released. Not a good sign for any backing group which often means the singer is about to go solo. Which he did in the early 70's but failed to gain much more success.

Arrived well packed in excellent condition

I am a Baby Boomer ,the 60's were my Teenage years.Radio mostly, pick of the pops Sunday treat.But never owned a Record Player ,so it is catch up time.Now in my 70;s,can enjoy at my leasure.Herman,Searchers,Gerry,who sadly died .

Like most of the songs although some of them that I have never heard before are mixed in with them. I am not keen on some of them. Pity it isn't just their greatest hits.

If you love sixties music then add this to your collection.from 'I'm into something' ,'there's a kind of hush' to the silly ditty of ' I'm Henry the eight I am' ,this disc is full of herman's best loved songs.i had this disc second hand ( as with most of my discs) but the quality is still great but costs a lot less than downloads & new discs. Do be careful as there other similar titled discs of Herman hermits greatest hits etc out there but this is by far the best because all the songs are original recordings.

Einfach tolle Musik von einer Superband der 60ziger - klar mit Peter Noone als Sänger. H.H. habe ich noch vor wenigen Jahren in Bad Oeynhausen live erlebt. Kann die Musik nur empfehlen.

SUPER les jeunes doivent le découvrir absolument ; en couple ou entre amis en musique de fond c'est agréable et envoutant! on en redemande mais si cela reste un peu vintage !
