Very easy to set up using phone App (no success using PC). Doddle to operate using 1) mobile phone app (from anywhere in the house or world). 2) Amazon dot echo (Alexa 'Socket off'). 3) Manual overide button on socket.1 month on I'm still delighted with this purchase (my 1st smart socket). No more contortions to access the hard to reach socket to turn off the TV, Computor and table lamp power supply at the end of each day.

This smart socket is nice and small, setup with the e family app is easy and the e family app is quite feature rich, able to schedule when the sickest turns on and off etc.There isn't much more to say, the price is very reasonable and it makes it possible to do things that I couldn't do before, like turn my 3d printer of remotely once a print is completed.Highly recommended!

This smart plug is so easy to use, looks smart and really quick to set up. The app itself was really quick at recognising the plug and was set up in seconds!What a useful bit of technology this is, I use it to schedule my snake tank on and off so I don't have to do it manually.

As with all these types of plugs they will only connect at 2.5ghz. If you have a dual router like mine (Virgin) you need to log into router and switch off the 5ghz option. This shouldn’t have any significant effect on the performance of the router and then it connects easily. Software has to be installed and then Alexa can recognise it and it works well. Steps are easy enough to follow but you should rename the plug in the app before making connection to Alexa.

This wireless door bell was very complicated to set up and i'm a 21 year old and a tech savy! The whole process was prolonged and once I downloaded the app etc, I was having issues with connecting it to the internet and then using third party products like alexa. Not worth my time at all, great concept but doesn't work for me.

Can't use this plug as it needs to connect to 2.4Ghz wifi, I have 5Ghz. I'm sure there are ways to change the wifi settings, but seems a complicated process. Shame as I was looking forward to using this product.

Handy for when you are ‘away’ but want people to think you are home. Linked mine to lamps in the house. Syncs very easy with my WIFI and worked within minutes. Download the app and your ready to go

I have Alexa smart home, but not all of my devices are connected to it. I have bought this smart socket to control my baby's room night light. I did set up it very quick and it works perfectly with Alexa. I am glad i bought it.
