So call me crazy but I bought this zipper to stop the nightly tug-a-war saga. My boys share a bed but they didn't like when one pulls the blanket too far. So I found this zipper to complete my crazy idea. The quality is very nice and sturdy. Just like a sleeping bag zipper. I bought another blanket on Amazon and sewed the 2 blankets together attached by the zipper in the middle. They can separate the blankets while sleeping and then merge them back together when they make their bed. My kids absolutely love their new custom comforter I made them!

Worked out perfectlyI had to replace the zipper on our trampoline net. This was a perfect match and is actually a little more beefy than the original.I don’t know how to sew but I picked up some heavy thread and needle for our machine and ran the zipper an net through without a hitch. From old to new in a couple of hours.

I couldn’t get any of the boat canvas repair shops in town to return my call so I decided to replace the zipper on my Bimini top myself. I would be lying if I said it was a quick repair, but that is due to my somewhat novice sewing skills. Once I figured out my plan of attack, the job went smoothly and the finish result works just great! I highly recommend this zipper for marine applications, but just know that there is no zipper lock. That is ok for my application, but wanted to make sure I made readers aware.

I bought this to replace a zipper on our Coleman instant tent for the bottom of the door and with the use of a hand held sewing machine the repair was flawless. Now let's take it to the woods shall we.

I purchased this plastic zipper to make a warm sleeping bag suit my husband wanted for sitting in his tree stand ... the teeth all the way down are plastic but the actual slide is metal. I figured it would be okay seeing as half of the product is plastic but this is literally the noisiest zipper I’ve ever heard.. the length is great and so is the durability but it’s just soo loud when zipping and un zipping

Awesome deal for this zip. It worked amazing for what I wanted. It also ended up being the perfect length! I didn’t know it was fully separating because i usually order things tired. But that’s great because I love that project I used it for will work great with the fully separating. I’d buy again. Would recommend!

I'm using this zipper to attach two twin quilts to each other, as sewn together they don't fit into our washing machine but we need more width from a blanket than comes with any king size blanket/quilt. The only issue I have with it is that it unzips too easily; I'm going to have to put a snap or something by the opening end to keep it zipped. Otherwise high quality zipper.

It zips. I like it when it zips. Its good for turning a blanket into a sleeping bag/sleeping bag liner, or in case youre 20ft tall and need to repair your jacket zipper :P
