The cake had a good texture but was lacking in full flavor. It seemed to be missing vanilla extract and was trying to compensate with more than needed chocolate chips.

I'm American, but live in England. My youngest daughter lives in Fairbanks, Alaska. I ordered this birthday cookie 'cake' to be sent to her for her birthday. SHE. ABSOLUTELY. LOVED. IT. She said it was delicious! She still talks about how good it was! I was hoping that Triolo's had a Christmas one. If they did, I'd order one for my daughter.
