My Wife was over the moon with excitement for this watch. She's always wanted a pocket watch. I was a little worried that maybe it might not last long with the price and other reviews saying it stopped working after just a couple months but almost a year later and it's still ticking. My Wife always remembers to wind it which I'm sure helps.

I like the look of this watch, but the quality isn't great. For the price, I don't expect it to be fantastic, but it does need to work, and after a few weeks, it stopped doing that. Basically, the balance wheel stopped moving, even when the spring was wound, and even when I could get it moving again, it was going very slowly, and was unable to keep time. Returning for a refund was easy though, and I've bought another one in hopes that that was a fluke.Update: About six months later, this watch is working well, but it seems to gain about a minute per day - not too bad, but worth knowing.

This is my first pocket watch and I love it. The only thing that I don't like is that the lenses are made of plastic and not glass.

I have received a lot of positive remarks at work about the watch and I enjoy it myself. It's great accessory to have. Though a word to the wise, I don't know if it was intentional, but some of the Roman Numerals on mine were upside down.

Did not expect this to be a windup watch, but that makes even more authentic and awesome as part of my Steampunk gear. Can't wait to wear it at the Renaissance Festival on Time Traveller Weekend.

I love pocket watches, so this one is a very nice replica of an old school design

Got this for a friend and he loved it. The quality is decent, nothing special. I wish the face of the watch matched the cover a bit more.

Hand crank watch, so you need to wind it every day. My husband and I got these same watches for each other before our wedding because we both loved it so much.
