It really helps!
I have had carpal tunnel surgery in both wrists and still have some pain from time to time. I like these because they calm any pain I am having and especially help when I am sleeping.

Easy to fit on hand
My hubby hasn’t used it yet but I’m sure it will work for his carpal tunnel or just pain in his hands
