I love these probiotics. I was taking them while pregnant and now while breastfeeding and they have really helped me use the bathroom. LOVE IT! I have felt good change after only a couple of weeks. I used to have stomach upset after eating spicy food or cold treats, Biolever def. helped ease this symptom. It also helps in the bathroom. I take fiber everyday and now use this as an add-on for constipation and it's life changing! I love this probiotic very much! The package is soooo cute! No flavor at all, and very smoothy. I drink it with coffee every morning. I think Biolever is good for my digestive system cause my stool is not as loose as before after I took it after two weeks! I just made another order a few minutes ago! Cannot wait to see the long-term effect! Hopefully, my digestive system can become very strong soon!

I'm taking this to help with anxiety. I put it in water every morning and I do wish it was flavored because it has a slightly bad taste. I also wish it had a higher bacterial count but we will see how it helps.
