Work as expected
I ran the camera wire to the front of the trailer, to eliminate any signal blocking from the metal trailer box. They transmit and receive well. Having a camera for a rear view on the trailer is a BIG plus.

5 GHZ INTERFACE SUPERIOR SIGNAL TRANSFER
i ORDERED THIS UNIT WITH THE INTENT OF INSTALLING REAR VIEW CAMERA, I HAD ORDERED A 360 SURROUND CAMERA SYSTEM WITH 4 CAMERAS. THE NEW 360 CAMERAS HAD A DIFFERENT INTERFACE PLUG, SO I WAS UNABLE TO USE THIS WIRELESS TRANSMITTER WITH THE NEW CAMERA SYSTEM .

Works good but the transmitter gets very hot and eats power
So this does work fine, I'm using it for a backup camera, BUT it can't be on 100% of the time in a vehicle. #1 the transmitter gets very hot. I can't say on the receiver as I only have it on when the vehicle is running. #2 my van has an almost new battery and by day 2 of not driving it, the transmitter being on all the time runs the battery dead. Make sure if this system is used in a vehicle both units are off when the engine is off.Otherwise, the picture looked great. There were a few artifacts while driving, and that's expected. I bought this 5 ghz over a 2.4 ghz due to reports of bad artifacts from overhead power lines with the 2.4 ghz tx/rx units.

Died after a few months of use
Used these to go from a camper shell camera to my head unit on my dash. They burned out after a few months. Until they died, the picture quality was pretty good, although it did static out here and there. Both ends were kept inside the vehicle, away from moisture, but they just didnt last. :c

Happy happy with these
Larger than others but so much better.Tried the other little oval ones several times, wasted hours. These work great

Low res, grainy, B&W images. - NOT Recommended.
I was disappointed by the quality of these. The signal was solid, and didn't jitter, but they downgraded the video to a grainy low resolution and from color to B&W. These are NOT an acceptable replacement for a long cable. Just run the wire and you'll have a better image for FAR less money. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Take the hassle out out running the wire to monitor
I got this transmitter to replace the broken wire on our reverse back up camera system. So far been great no loss of pictures quality that we notice. I’ll definitely buy it again on the next project. Don care to run the hard wire anymore.

Easy to install
The camera quality was very good and reception only has issues when a phone is directly between the antennas but still does very well.
