waste of time
roller worked good, but the mat sucked big time, prewashed the mat before use. lightly floured the mat and dough stuck real bad and wasted my dough, tried light oil as well, same thing.

Get the exact thickness
This rolling pin was great for my Christmas sugar cookies. All were the same thickness. I’m sure it would work well for pie dough.

Greatest kitchen find in years
