Disclaimer- I have literally just now unboxed it so I have no idea the quality or ease of using it.But I had to review the first thing I noticed, the wiring setup. I assumed being a dashcam it would be an easy 12v plug in and go situation, it at least something similar.Nope.Check the pic, that's the wiring ends right there. Best part? No, I repeat NO explanation in the "user manual" as to how to hook it up. I'd think on end connects to the battery except at that size it's impossible. And the two fuse endings? No clue where they go (aside from in the fuse box of course).How difficult would've it been to just sleep the cigarette lighter end on this and call it a day?So far I've typed this entire review on my phone while on hold with Amazon technical support waiting to get an answer how to hook this up, and with no solution found 🙄Aside from that, if it weren't for the plug issue, so far I'd say the cam is exactly what I wanted, boasting app sync and live streaming to my phone as well as easy as card access, and the ability to snap a pic from both the cam itself and my phoneMaybe more to come if people want

I was looking for a reasonable priced dashboard camera with front and rear view, some has a separate camera with a long cord for you to put it on the license plate area or the rear window.I kept looking, and I found this one. What I like about this unit is that the rear view is included in the main unit, this is very helpful if you want to prove you weren't talking on the phone while driving, or if you get hit by a car on the sides (back doors) or somebody try to open your car. With this unit you may be able to get all recorded.But what is really amazing about this unit is its capability to track your vehicle via GSM network, also, you can remote access the unit via the internet.There is a bunch of functions I'll try in the future, but I'm more than happy that I did not have to spend money on two separate devices to track down my car and record all activities on and around the car.

Instructions are not user friendly. I’m not sure how legit other ratings are but I’m pretty disappointed. Once I can figure out how to actually get the unit to function properly, I may adjust my review if necessary.EDIT: Figured out how to connect to the WiFi (instructions buried in the manual). Helped absolutely nothing. In fact, made it worse. I couldn’t access the app and had to close out of my WiFi and internet on my phone before resetting my password and logging on again. Same thing happened a second time. I’m done with this. Contacted Amazon for a refund.I’m glad to see others didn’t have any issues. I question their authenticity, though. I wouldn’t bother with this unit whatsoever, if I were you.

I am updating my review after 2 weeks. When I first got this, i bought a T-Mobile SIM Card - the $10 month prepaid rechargeable sim. When I typed in the cam's IMEI into T-mobile web site, T-mobile said it would not work on their network. It identified it correctly as a JC100/JC200, and a chat rep also confirmed it was not compatible with T-mobile. 2 Weeks later, it is now working on the T-mobile network, and the T-mobile web portal says something different than last time. It says "This phone does not have the key features for use on our network" and some other warnings. I believe that is only because this is a 3G device.Now it is powering up and working over the Internet. Live video isn't bad. Pictures can take a few minutes to receive.

This is a good quality and low-key traffic recorder. The video I play is the default setting. The quality of the day is very clear for both cameras, and the quality of the night is very good. You will notice that the front cam is on the outside of the picture. The rear cam can watch the situation in the car and track the position of the car in real time as long as it links to the network. The 16GB micro SD card saves you 60 minutes of video and sound, 120 minutes of time. I will recommend it for its price. The quality is good.

camera does not have features as described in the ad, she does not record internal videos on the vehicle, that was the detail that made me buy her because I need to record inside the car, she also does not download the videos to the phone every time you need to removing the sd card and taking the video on another source, i tried to put a larger storage card and simply do not accept issues a sd card message not found.

Instructions are terrible! Needs a sim card that is not talked about at all. Ok, a SIM card through AT&T and the thing still won't work and sounds like it's not compatible with this SIM card, so I have wasted most of the day with no results but would have loved this device had it works like it should get ready Amazon here it comes

Cannot even get it hooked up. Keep having different problems and we're out of the 3 month support time. Can't find a way to contact company either.
