The 2nd one worked.
The first one I purchased did not work properly (the motor ran, but it did not rotate the cutting blades).I contacted the seller, and after providing a video showing that it was not working, the seller reimbursed me the full amount, and then I purchased the 2nd one, which does work.I use it for grinding beef, being careful to incorporate key instructions listed in the manual:I cut one batch of beef into 1-cm cubes at a time (per the manual, 1-2 cm is a good size).I do not exceed the MAX line, which corresponds to about 1/3 of the volume of the stainless steel bowl, and I grind it using the Fast speed for 8 sec.The time it takes me to cut the next batch of beef gives the motor a chance to cool (per the manual: "make sure there is a 2 min breaking for every work").

Purchased to make vegan nut spreads
The user manual was translated so there’s a few off/funny things in it but with common sense, you get the gist. I bought this specifically to make spreadable treenut cheeses since they are so expensive in the store for tiny plastic packs of them. This little machine worked great! Very powerful and even though the manual didn’t have direction for nuts, you kind of just figure it out and keep scraping the sides as you check it. The photo is of seasoned cashew spread. It made it a really great texture and consistency!

Awesome!!
This little thing is a beast. It's crazy powerful. It destroys cauliflower, nearly liquefies broccoli and I don't even want to tell you what it did to the garlic. Wicked sharp blades.

Nice small size food processor
This processor works good so far. I've had it for about 3 months now. I would have given it a higher rating except for two reasons; 1) The motor get hot pretty fast and you need to let it cool down otherwise you my burn the motor. 2) There are two 1/8 wide slots on the lower blade section that are a pain to clean. I'm not sure why they are there, maybe to balance the blades or reduce weight. I've been using it to made homemade almond and peanut butter. It just takes more time due to the heating of the motor.

Easy to make mixes.
Chops with ease but not into very small pieces. I tried to make a nut paste, couldn't get it smooth. But for everyday chopping and mixing is great. Good to make meatballs and any mixture of meat, veggies, fruit. Good value for the money. Easy to use.

Does The Job
I've had this chopper for just over 2 months and use it 2 to 3 times per week. It has good power, as much as my bulky food processor and has 2 speeds. The blade and motor have a metal to metal connection and I love the stainless steel bowl. No more scratched up plastic bowl! It does a pretty good job of chopping most anything I put into it including cooked meat. I use it mostly for preparing veggies and raw liver for my dog's homemade diet. Everything is chopped evenly, the liver is a bit chunky though but the pieces are small enough to mix into the recipe. I knocked off one star due to the bowl not really holding 8 cups but it's twice the size of my little glass bowl chopper and has almost twice the wattage. My only gripe is that the name painted on the motor is rubbing off which looks a bit unsightly but it doesn't affect the usage.

OHBOY, all kinds of salads
I love Ham Salad, I love Chicken Salad. Tuna salad and egg salad which I also love can be made with a fork. But ham and chicken require a device and this jewel is SO fast and SO easy to use *and* clean that I'm a happy camper. We love ham for the holidays but wow there's always so much left over. And when chicken's on sale (which it is most weeks) I always stock up and, you guessed it, more leftovers. Fortunately my family and I love ham and chicken salad and with this accessory, in a matter of minutes it's done and everyone (particularly me) is happy and chowing down. Oh and BTW, if anyone like me adores shaved brussell sprouts, save your fingers and use this. Plus, oh my, cole slaw, fried cabbage, any kind of chopped or shaved veggies. I don't even have to have a stock of band-aids in my kitchen drawer anymore!
