Can it be used for 10 or 20 gallon tanks?

I use it in my 10 gallon fish tank! Keeps the water pristine, but even on the lowest setting it creates a fairly strong current

Despite what other people said, it's a 1/2 tubing: (0.472 in inside diameter, and 0.630 in outside diameter) or (12.0 mm inside diameter, and 16mm outside diameter). So if you are ordering additional parts along with this, make sure to check the numbers.
