This is absolutely disgusting. This BOUGHT NEW shower filter showed up used, filter is brown, water spots still on it from being returned. The inside smells like mold!! It was retired as damaged because there's not option for USED PRODUCTS!

It has a Great design, filtration system is excellent. Two filter system definitely filters chlorine and the rust in our water. Chlorine scent is gone, discolored water now became pure clear water. Skin feels softer and not dry than before. Only downfall is that our water is so bad that you can notice the filter color change to brown within two weeks and the water pressure drops within a month of using. Filters are bit pricey. Wish it was little.more cheaper that we have to change the filters so often. But overall a good quality filter.

I received mine and was excited. The packaging was definitely high quality, but even after I reset the display it still says 133, not 180 like shown in the instructions...On the plus side I don’t feel the drop in water pressure after installation.

It works for filtering out the water of most contaminants but does filter out chlorine or most hard water minerals. I would recommend combining this with a water softener or a filter that adds Vitamin C to filter out the chlorine from the water

These are awesome As you see in the picture it’s starting to get brown that’s when you know you can change it ... it will stay white for probably about four showers and then it will turn darker and darker when it gets real dark you can change it ....I buy three at a time they’re great blocks all of the shale from my well water so when I empty the filter the container holds it all .... the water separates from shale and I dump it out when I change the filter ... good for hair!!!!!

I live in South Florida and I have well water. This product has made a huge difference with the water coming out of my shower head. It has soft in the water quite a bit and it's taken out about almost 90% of the smell that comes from my well system. Overall I do recommend this product to anybody.

Took a while to get it installed, have old house and shower fixture needed tools I didn't have. It is the BEST!! Works great in hard water, hair way less dry, and no more itchy skin! Had a couple of questions and concerns and they were speedy and super helpful with the answers and resolution. Highly recommend the product and the company. Customer service is outstanding!

Not sure so many claiming that it softens the water as I just replaced my shower curtain the same day I got this unit and nothing has changed! My water still stinks, look at my shower curtain with 7 days water hardness build-up and that was 100% clear, my skin is still dry, water still smells just as bad as it did before and will be sending this unit back, so disappointed! Anyone who has really good water before will clearly know the difference in taste alone and I didn't realize moving ten minutes away from my old place I would have to deal with water that is so bad for your hair, your teeth, smells and tastes so bad!I went online, did more research and the only effective way you can treat this hard water problem is either spend a lot of $$$ buying a system that connects to your water tank or a real water treatment system contains that is by far much more sophisticated than this tiny unit. These cheap gimmicks are just GIMMICKS!

This filter broke down after about a month of usage. The water started leaking out of the filter making a huge mess in my bathroom. In fact, water infiltrated the floor and leaked down in my basement. I had planned on the testing the water, but I did not even have time to, since we had to get rid of it …

The concept is simple but extremely effective, the filter looks really good in my shower and the customer service was amazing at resolving an issue I originally had.
