They recommend 4 oz twice a day according to the directions on the bottle. This bottle will last 4 days. At $50 a bottle I find this not worth it as I don't feel that much better.

Bought these for my wife and she says it is a good product. Of course it is not a cure all. ut it helps somewhat with the pain, would recommend but not for a sure fix
