What a great book! I can't believe the wealth of information. I loved your "five-point design system" in chapter 16, it gave me a good assessment of what I need to do to remodel my salon. You also had some nice floor plans with a very detailed breakdown of construction costs, extremely informative and detailed! It seems that you guys have a series of books out, and it looks like you have every area of my industry covered. Thanks Eric and Jeff! Love your books!

I finished this book without feeling the need to ask any question. The book explains everything that I needed to know about opening my own salon.

This book is a really great resource for those interested in building a salon. Though I am not interested in building my own salon, I am interested in possibly doing so in the future, and I have friends who are building now that I'll recommend this book to. It is broken down in an interesting way with the five point design system. There are many helpful hints sprinkled throughout that may not be something that immediately comes to mind when designing a salon. An example is using chairs instead of couches and benches in waiting areas because strangers do not like sitting next to each other on the same set of furniture. This is very insightful and is not something that I would have considered when planning a space.The floor plans provided in this book are also a great building block for your salon. You can use the ones provided or build off of them and customize them to your needs. Very unique.Overall I believe this book is a fantastic resource for those interested in constructing their own salon, and even if you're not planning on doing so as of yet, it is fantastic to get an idea of how to go about doing so and how to get started on your journey!

I have been researching opening a salon for the past year ,i have read ,bought and looked up everything there is .All of the ready set go books at by far the best of its kind !!!! If you are even thinking of opening a salon get them now , they go over everything you could ever even think of and a lot you didn't.Sharon

I loved it, ever aspect of it. I would recommend this book to anyone who's dream is to open a salon one day. That's my dream, and I know I'm definitely keeping this book until the day comes when I'm ready for that dream to come true.
