Let me tell you what is so great about this product - it is an activity type toy, so it is a project. Your kids open it, play with it for a few days until they complete all the posters, and then you either throw it away ( yes to no more things cluttering up space) or you simply save the posters and throw the remainder away. My 4 and 2 year old loved this. They each did a few, and once they were done ( took them about a week, this was a nice activity while Mom and Dad were preparing dinner, nice alternative to sitting in front of TV), we actually saved them for a few weeks and put them up in their new bedroom when we moved houses. the 5 posters still hang between their beds and they love them! The poster boards are the highest quality cardboard. The stickers are foam, gorgeous colors and shapes and easy for little 2 year old hands to navigate, a bit more comfortable for the 4 year old. It took the kids a bit to figure out how to remove the stickers on own, but once they got the handle, they were great. These turn into beautiful pictures. Think gifts for the daycare teachers that the kids could do use as a card to sign in the back. Love this product and will come back for more.

Your mileage may vary, but my kids LOVE these. I didn't think they would hold my kids' interest but, at least for my 3-year-olds, they really did. The sticky mosaic "tiles" are a great size for little fingers, and the dexterity necessary to remove a tile from its sheet and place it in the proper place was a nice challenge for their fine motor skills but not frustrating. My kids also really liked the designs of the pictures included. The pictures provide guidance for what to do, but the extra included sticky tiles allow kids to improvise. The included backing allows you to hang these on a wall, which my kids loved, too. It made them feel like big-time artists.

I thought this would be a nice low-mess activity to do with my daughter and niece. They enjoyed it, but my daughter did mix up red and orange on the fish because the pastel guide was hard for her to recognize. She tried to take the foam sticker off to fix the color, but it tore unevenly and we deemed it impossible to correct. Since there are no extra foam stickers included, we had to have a few miscolored pieces on another pet. It's one of the few activities that they liked enough to actually finish.There were a few foam stickers that the girls could not get the paper backing off of, but I was able to do that for them. Picking the little pieces of paper off the floor didn't take long, so clean up wasn't that bad at all.I usually prefer more creative projects for the girls, but this would help younger children with things like fine motor skills, recognizing shapes, et cetera. What really matters is that we all enjoyed ourselves and had some quality time together.

My almost 4-year old was excited to try one of these when she opened them Christmas morning. Together we did one of the pictures and she did very well with the concept of matching the right color and shape stickers to the picture. What she had a hard time with was getting the small foam sticker shapes off of the thin papers that it comes on - often she would get ahold of one little sticker only to have 2 or more additional stickers pull off of the page with it, and then they would all get stuck together and she would get frustrated. It's a bit easier for an adult to manage, but it would have been nice if they had maybe seperated the stickers a little bit so little fingers could get ahold of them easier and only remove one sticker at a time.I think with a little practice she'll get better at pulling the stickers off, but for now we'll work on these togehter so I can help her.

My three year-old and I have done these over the course of a few weeks. He needs help to remove the pieces from the foam rectangle, but can easily apply them himself. After explaining the directions each time we do it (put that color shape on the same color and shape in the picture), he quickly puts it together himself. They are adorable pictures, and I plan to buy some of the other sets that The Orb Factory makes of "My First Sticky Mosaics."

My kids love these! We are on our third set. My four year old can do them completely by himself and my three year old needs a little help, but not much. It's a great project to keep them occupied for an hour so I can make dinner or clean and the kids display them proudly once completed. This is now one of my go-to gifts for a third or fourth birthday. It's a little young for five year olds, so I would suggest moving up to the regular Sticky Mosaics (not the "My First.." line) for five or six year olds.

Bought for my preschoolers as a "rainy day" project while we were on vacation. They loved it and are getting quite good at placing the little sticky tiles. Great for 3 year olds and 4 year olds. My only complaint is just that the little stickers do stick to wood and can be hard to cleanly remove but that is really on me (I should pay closer attention). The kids are so proud of their creations and I love that they come with little hangers so we can display them! Great craft item for young ones and totally worth the money!

Three year old loves, loves, loves this. It's great to pull out for a few minutes of craft time while I prep dinner. I just have to keep her from sticking the mosaic squares all over herself, but they peel off. Also, the stickers are repositionable on the pages- once or twice. Not endlessly. Great buy. Would also be great for a party unless you are worried about kids arguing over who gets which picture in the box.

I bought this for my friend's little girl who is 2 and a half for Christmas thinking she could put it by for when she was three. We exchanged gifts just after Christmas so was lucky enough to see this in action. My friend's little one couldn't wait to start using it and I was surprised how quickly she took to it. What a great introduction to craft and creativity for little ones. You are given different sets of coloured padded mosaics and within each set are different shapes. Your little one must match the colour and shape to that on the picture. The picture is made of very strong card and you also get a little hanger for each one to display your little ones end result. Great to help your child learn colours and shapes and great to assist them with their dexterity. I absolutely love this and am so glad I purchased it and would buy it again and again and will certainly be looking to buy one for my little girl in a year's time. What a great find and a lovely way to spend an afternoon with your children.

Great product for the youngest children. My daughter is only 3 years old, so she is too young for most of the creative sets available on the market. This one, however, she could do almost on her own (my help is only needed to help her stay in focus and not put the stickers on her nails etc... instead of completing the project). She was so proud when she made the first picture!P.S. We didn't have any problems removing stickers from furniture - they peel off rather easy and don't leave marks.

It's a great activity for the kids and it does keep them busy. The pictures are printed on a thick cardboard. You get small plastic hooks you can stick to the finished pictures and put it up on a wall. I gave 4* as the colours are not as bright as i expected, nowhere near as bright as they look on the website. Still, i'm going to buy more and give as a Christmas present to friends' kids.

I bought this item as a Christmas present for my youngest cousin, who is just 5. She really enjoyed this and she was so pleased to be able to do one of these projects by herself (supervised by her parents). It arrived swiftly and I was pleased with the delivery standards.

My 3 year old twins really enjoy these & take turns creating them, it's good for concentration & then you get a lovely piccie when finished! Sticky mosaics are good & plenty to use. Product arrived quickly & as described. Would highly recommend!
