While at the mortuary with my mother and brother making arrangements for my Step Father of 47 years who had just passed, we did not see an Urn that was fitting for him. When the gentleman we were working with advised that we could choose one of his or “shop around”, I went right to my Amazon App. I scrolled down and immediately fell in love with this one. After receiving an anonymous “YES”, I ordered it and it was delivered the following day! (Thank you Amazon Prime)! It was exactly as portrayed and we couldn’t be more pleased. Beautiful and solid. My Step-Father, may he returned in peace, would have approved ❤️.

Unable to get assistance from Amazon for refund on item returned 3 weeks ago. Seller won't accept emails from customers who did not purchase directly from them. A scam!Although this urn is heavy, sturdy, and looks nice from a distance, when you view it up close it is easy to spot the numerous imperfections. The engraved etchings in the metallic finish are very poorly done and run out the edges, as well as the black painted trim that is unevenly applied and runs out of the bounds of the lines in many places. I could not in good conscience place my loved one's ashes in this product, so it was returned.

We decided as a family to place my wife's cremains in a columbarium. The cemetery told me to leave them in the plastic box that came from the funeral home. I could let her cremains spend eternity in a plastic box. But to honor her frugal nature, I did not want to spend too much. I picked this urn. I'm very happy with my decision! I did not have it engraved since it will be placed in a sealed niche in the columbarium.

This piece could not be better. My father would have oved it. Better than i thought it would be coming in.Thanks folks.

This is so nice ! We never had to buy anything like this before but I can tell you it is of great quality. It is solid and it looks beautiful.

When my father passed away, it was important to get an urn that represented a WW2 veteran who was a strong Christian. This urn allowed him to be honored and sits proudly on my mom's bookcase next to his Army metals and burial flag. My mom liked it so much that we bought another one in a different finish for her to use after she passes away. It is well-made and of high quality. It arrived quickly and is reasonably priced.

The urn was heavy and felt well built. The only complaint I had was the etching on the cross was missing some lines on one side like there was a misprint. There was no rubber O-ring or gasket to make the urn waterproof, so I am not sure if it would stay dry if you wanted to bury it or anything like that. The urn was nice, it just a some minor imperfections. Our family buried it so the etching wasn't a big deal, but if we were going to place it somewhere for others to see I would have sent it back.

It seems odd to write a review for a funeral urn but I have to say that the urn was beautiful. The funeral director commented that it was an excellent design and quality and totally comparable to the ones they sold. It is an amazing saving in cost without compromising quality. If you are looking for a less expensive urn, Costco sells one.

This item is nicer than the picture shows, it’s a good size and attractive in appearance, fits in nicely as a decorative piece. The cross symbol and overall appearance is why I chose this and I was not disappointed.

I had purchased the large urn in December for my brother who passed suddenly. My siblings wanted to have a matching keepsake urn which shows comes with 4 individual velvet boxes. The item arrived with the 4 keepsake urns in one large velvet box that smells of Mold. I hope the seller will choose to reimburse me for the missing items from the order as advertised so I can purchase boxes for safe keeping.

Very disappointed with the quality of this product. Embarrassing workmanship. There is no way I would put my husband’s ashes in this horrible container. I will be retuning it.
