I connected everything and turned the calibration dial a few times, now it works great and very comfortable to wear.

Good Headset
This is a good quality headset. I did end up returning it because I don’t need the handset lifter with my phone system. I was told originally that I did, but the headset plugs into the phone and works fine without the lifter piece. So no need in paying extra for that. I will reorder the same headset without the lifter.
