have to say I’ll be ongoing shopper. Shipping is a bit lot but since I can’t get my Icelandic bacalao this will be ordered. Taste was awesome. I’m going to soak it all overnight and then vacuum seal for the freezer. I used to buy mine from Portugal store on Ft. Lauderdale but now too far. Love this fish

Being from the West Indies many of our dishes call for the use of salted cod fish. This fish is very easy to prepare, no bones, no skin and a great taste. I will buy it again.

It's authentic. Salted cod good for many recipes. I used it to make Ackee and Saltfish as well as salt fish and cabbage. Both recipes came out great. Each package has sufficient salt fish to go with one large to two cans of ackee.
