I have No issues with this cabinet whatsoever and I’ve had it for about 3 months now. Comes assembled. Just beautiful!

I bought this to use as a console under a 63 inch TV. Drilled holes in back for the components. Very sturdy. Very heavy. Came delivered by Amazon. The delivery was kind of a fiasco. We ordered the table and buffet. Buffet showed up but no table. Delivery guys had no idea why. Said they would deliver it tomorrow but my husband already took one day off work for this. He told them they need to bring the table today. Buffet box had a hole and 2 big gouges. Luckily this is meant to look distressed so he used a wood pen and looks like it belongs there. They did bring the table later that same day. Nice sturdy piece of furniture.

On 9/26 our order for an Ashley buffet was placed, with a delivery date of 9/28 given. It had not arrived by 10/1 so a chat was held with your customer support to find out what the status was for the order and were eventually informed by email that it had not even been dispatched yet but the situation would be rectified. On 10/2 online order tracking showed it had been shipped and had a delivery date of 10/5, but the next day its status changed to Delayed with no delivery date stated. After another contact we were notified by email that the order would now arrive on 10/6 around noon, but on 10/5 tracking showed it still delayed and due to be delivered 10/8. Still more investigation and contact with Amazon finally revealed that the merchandise had been discovered (apparently at the fulfillment center) to be damaged and was being returned to the supplier. We were given the option of waiting for the order to be completed, cancelling the order completely or submitting a new order. We chose the latter approach with a refund to us of the difference in price between our original price and the later one. The new order was slated to arrive 10/28 but surprisingly arrived on 10/22.Research while deciding which piece of furniture we wanted had indicated that this unit would require some assembly with the necessary parts and tools provided, yet it came fully assembled in a large shipping carton. Inspection of the packaging found no indication of any damage, but once it was unpacked a surprising number of problems were discovered: 1. The left large door had been forced inward so far that the pinch roller portion of the lower catch was lodged behind the body of the cabinet catch, preventing the door from opening and causing it to warp outward due to the upper catch. 2. The right large door upper part had been forced inward so strongly that the upper roller/spring catch had been slammed backward and flattened out so that it could not be fixed and needed replacement. The lower door catch also needed repositioning outward to align the door properly. 3. The left small door was badly aligned and flopped loosely around when opened due to the fact that 3 of the 5 hinge screws had been installed at an angle and tightened to the point that they had pulled through the holes in the hinge and left the door hanging by the top two screws.At this point we were understandably very disappointed and upset with the situation and totally unwilling to perhaps have to wait another month to have you send a replacement unit which might allow us to restore our living room. Instead, I spent roughly four hours disassembling and reconstructing the buffet, including filling and redrilling screw holes, replacing damaged components, reinstalling catches and hinges with appropriate screws, adjusting door alignments, and staining small damage areas (including repairing the hole in the back of the unit that was necessary to pry loose the stuck left door catch). More adjustments may be necessary if any of the warpage in the doors lessens over time. This pathetic incident has convinced us not to purchase any further furniture from Ashley, especially when manufactured in Vietnam instead of the USA as this one was (discovered by printings on the bottom).

First of all the cabinet is very easy to assemble. However, check the doors on the preassembled frame before you assemble. We unboxed all the parts and completed the assembly only to find that both doors were badly warped and would not stay closed and looked terrible. Both doors were the same.On a positive note the manufacturer is sending us new doors. If they are not warped we will revise our reviewOk the doors never came! When I contacted AMAZON ( took 2 hours and 3 representatives!) I was told I would have to contact Ashley Furniture directly. She gave me all the information and I contacted Ashley. Ashley had no record of any order for doors and would not allow me to order them. Since I ordered the cabinet from Amazon I would need to go through Amazon to get replacement parts. We added Amazon to our conversation and spent another hour on the phone. Ashley will not send doors! Since I was expecting the doors I did not keep the packaging. No packaging - Amazon would not except the return. They gave me a 20 % discount and I’m stuck with a cabinet that the doors do not close! The Amazon rep suggested I take off the doors and buy baskets! Not a happy customer!

Perfect! I purchased the matching table and chairs directly from Ashley Furniture a year ago but couldn't bring myself to pay so much for the server. When I saw the server on Amazon for considerably less I jumped on it in spite of some of the less than perfect reviews. I am so glad I did. It arrived fully assembled and in perfect condition. It's beautiful and looks amazing in the space.

Beautiful & solid! Looks more expensive than it is; however, the bad reviews are correct that the wood warped terribly after only a week or so! I didn’t want to deal with returning so I removed the clasps and replaced with strong magnets. The doors don’t lay straight now but it works & is probably only really noticeable to me.

We love this piece of furniture. The description says some assembly required but there was no assembly needed. It is very well made. You should be home when it arrives as it does come assembled in a box and it is heavy. There is lots of storage in this unit. It is a great addition to our home.

Easy to assemble. Good sturdy cabinet. Well built. Only complaint, had to repair a door hinge due to damage. Shipping container and packaging protection could be better. Did have to send one back due to extensive shipping damage. But they shipped a new one ASAP and handled it well.
