Tech Support Didn't Even Know What The Product Was
Terrible. Once you finally get it honed to a halfway decent signal and tighten down the nut it loses the signal. I called tech support for help and she didn't even know what the product was supposed to do.There are great booster antennas out there...this isn't it.

Does not work
Was not impressed, product did not work and did nothing to enhance my phone signal as far as data is concerned. Now all I have is an expensive box and useless set of wires. I gave it a while to see if it would work. Within a week when I tried turning it on it wouldn't do anything. The product I received was defective from the beginning. Probably because someone else returned it and it was never checked. Lost a lot of money. Now I have to make do with the crabby connection I have.

Surprised that this actually worked! No more dead spots in our country home and the antenna is unobtrustive. Good value.

I live in rural area, I always has 1 bar of service, loosing lots of calls, Conversation cut down, installing the booster added 2 service bars to my cell, I am able to hear and have a complete conversation with my callers.

CELL BOOSTER: Was about to return this....
Not sure why there are other review here, but I'm reviewing the Cell phone booster and amplifier. I got this just under a month ago. Been sitting on this. Opened the box about two weeks ago and noticed it said CDMA800MHZ on the amplifier. Decided not to even try and return it since we don't have any CDMA phones. Today I was going to setup the amazon return, but for kicks, I decided to try it. I get no bars inside the house. Outside I maybe able to find 1 bar in one spot. We live in the mountains so the towers are far away. We also live right by a preserve so that hill blocks any signal coming our way. I put the antenna on a garden hose reel box and ran the cable into the house. When I turned it on, it took a few secs for the phone to show a cell signal. I got 3-4 bars in the spot where I get no signal. The antenna is at a spot that shows 1 bar (I'll be lucky if I get two bars, but it may jump back down to 1 or even zero bars).So I tried DATA, SMS, voice call through cell... It works. I'm able to call from my IP phone to my cell and that works. Called and texted the wife and some of my friends... Tested it for about 30 minutes. Works great. I decided, for kicks, to see if I can move the antenna inside. I then noticed my phone dropped to one bar and then to zero. So, the antenna definitely has to be outside where you can get at least one bar.And to think I was going to spend at least $200-$350 for one of these more expensive models... This is a good buy.I have H20 Wireless (ATT backbown). I also tested with verizon GSM and it works.
