great concept that doesn't work
i placed everything from beer, wine, and even tuna fish into tray... in 3 weeks i have caught less than 10 flies and wasted money trying to attract flies... also the bottom hook easily snags when placing new product in tray.

Okay for flies, but not bees and wasps.
Bees and wasps bite holes in netting.

Works as advertised!
I watched a video on FB about this flytrap that was being sold for 2X as much. I searched Amazon and found it here. I really was skeptical because the video showed the traps were nearly completely full to the top after 5 weeks on a ranch. Well, the picture above is after 3 days. The 2 pack was less expensive that just one being advertised elsewhere but is the exact same product. As you can see, they didnt hang completely level, but probably could with a little bending of the wire frame. If you have a fly problem, I think this is your solution.

its all about the biat.
Does it work? yes.Is it just that simple to use?... not so much. Turns out the bait it what its all about.BTW, when its full. its smells like death. can't be around it. But it does work, when you use the right bait.

Didn’t work!
These did not work for us! Haven’t caught a single fly! Wouldn’t waste the money! The sticky fly traps are much more effective.

Useless to me.
I hung two of these, one outdoors and one indoors. used recommended bait as well as spoiled fruit, cat food, dog food, and honey. The flies really appreciated the buffet I prepared for them and loved having a place to land while they waited their turn. These were installed near a restaurant in fly infested areas for one week and one fly accidentally flew into the trap and was caught. On the second week with newly added bait, I also sprayed the area around these fly tents with flybot. The floor underneath the tents were like a carpet of flies, but I never caught another one. It was a cheap enough experiment, but a failed one though.

soooo worth it !!
My neighbor keeps her dog outside constantly and his poo attracts a lot of flies . When she cleans it up ,they just go everywhere. So I decided to try these. I noticed my dog left a big steamy pile that had about 50 + flies on it ,so I decided to use that pile to bait (even though my bf snarled his nose at the idea) this pic is after about 3 hours ... i would definitely put it in an area you're not going to be near . I put mine between mine and the neighbors yard all the way to the back and I can't believe how many I've already caught and still catching. I also noticed her dog has been barking as much the past few hours because of the flies biting . I can't wait to set out the other one and see how many I catch in it .
