I got this camera yesterday. At first I thought I had to use the power cord and the ethernet cord to make it work. It was not until I watched the video that I realized all I needed to make it work is the power cord. I definately recommend watching the video on the flash drive they give in the box. It makes it a lot easier to figure out.Anyway I finally got it up in the back yard to watch my dogs and it seems to work well so far. I like the features, it could have a little better zoom but it is good enough for the backyard. Good buy Im glad i got it.

Very responsive customer support. Customer support is always very helpful and ready to help. 5 starts just for customer support.Now for the camera, about 2 stars. Non responsive. Freezes. Gets stuck in one auto cruise position. Always have to reboot camera to get it back to position even aftet support advised to slow down Pan tilt speed with 247 call command. If pointing to one position, it will work. But I need it mostly for auto cruise which fails me.Alarm sensor is just not working right for my unit. Other units may be working as designed so maybe my unit wasn’t behaving properly.

Easy to set up, use, and adjust. Works great. You can record your own alarm voice or use the one of the other two prerecorded alarms or no alarm at all.

This is a piece of complete junk! Do not waste your time effort or especially your money on this garbage! It does not pan or rotate using the camhi app everything about this camera is garbage the night vision is terrible camera is crap!
