Excellent product and value
I bought two of these toner refills and used one of them today on my Samsung ML-1740 laser printer. The most difficult part of the toner recharge was getting the plastic plug out of the end of the toner cartridge reservoir. It was VERY tightly held in by friction. Using a combination of my pocket knife, a small flat-blade screw driver, and a pair of needle-nosed pliers did the trick. The plug was slightly damaged during this operation but only on the upper rim area and not on the sides which seal in the toner.Once open, I wrapped the toner cartridge in a thick clean rag and mounted it in my bench vise so that the cartridge was held upright with the toner cartridge opening on the top. It was then a simple matter to open one of the toner bottles, remove its cap, cut off the tip of the replacement cap with it's built-in funnel, and pour in the toner. Resist the urge to squeeze the toner refill bottle because that will cause the very fine toner dust to puff out of the cartridge opening and become messy. Just bump it lightly against the toner cartridge and the toner will drop into the cartridge. My toner cartridge was almost empty, so an entire bottle of replacement toner was needed to fill the toner cartridge to within about an inch of the top. Use a bright flashlight to see how full the toner cartridge is getting as you refill it, otherwise you might overfill the toner cartridge, losing toner and making a mess. This would be easy to do because it is difficult to see how full the cartridge is getting. I would not fill it more than this as having a bit of room inside the toner cartridge is probably a good thing. Once filled, I replaced the toner cartridge cap and then held the toner cartridge parallel to the floor, as it would be when installed in the printer, and moved it back and forth several times to level the toner and remove any air bubbles that might have been formed as the toner cartridge was filled.I wiped off the outside of the toner cartridge with a Kleenex but it was clean without any excess toner on it. The toner cartridge was then put back into the printer, the printer turned on, and a test page run. Instead of my previous grey text, the printed text is now very dark and easy to read. The page printed very cleanly with no streaks or smudges at all. In fact, it prints better than the factory original toner did even when it was new. While this kit comes with some very thin plastic gloves, I used some heavier plastic gloves that I have on my workbench. I am sure that the ones that are included will work fine, although they might be a little slippery and difficult to keep on your hands. Also included in the kit are some very minimal instructions, most of which point to a couple of You Tube pages that contain videos of people filling toner cartridges. If you can find a video where a cartridge from the same model or family of printers as yours, you will see how this is done. It's not at all difficult, so anyone should be able to do this. Since my printer, a Samsung ML-1740, is basically the same as the other Samsung 1700 series printers, these same instructions should work fine for any of these printers.I am very satisfied with this purchase and will buy it again when needed. Shipping was fast and the price was very reasonable. I recommend this to anyone who had a laser printer that uses refillable cartridges.

Good so far
I've never refilled my toner before, but it was fairly easy, if messy. It's worked well so far with my Samsung ML-1710. Lines are crisp with no streaking. I've only printed about 10 pages, but hopefully it'll continue looking nice.

JLToner sent 80z bottle mostly EMPTY
Wish I could review the product, but JLToner sent the bottle mostly empty. Will update the review shortly once JLToner makes it right with a refund.

Bad printing results - all grainy and lines running across. Cheap and easy to install though!
Super cheap - fairy easy to install. The result? Horrible printing results. It's all grainy and looks like I don't have enough ink even though I emptied the entire portion of ink into my cartridge. Even shook it around and cleaned the inside for better results. I should've stuck to buying a new cartridge.

It works but directions are not very clear.
It works and can be used to refill a toner cartridge. However, the bottle was less than half full when I got it and the directions are very unclear. They tell you to drill a hole in the cartridge when it is better to remove the hole plug with some pliers (not sure if that applies to all cartridges). Another company I bought from had much better instructions for loading. Arrows pointing to the location to put a hole would be helpful.

Works great!
I just printed out a page once I added this toner refill (the entire bottle) to my Samsung ML1740 laser printer, and it worked exactly as advertised. The copy came out perfectly. I was surprised that the cartridge that came with the printer had almost no toner in it. I don't think I even got half a dozen pages printed out before the toner ran out.To open the cap at the end of the printer cartridge, I used a rubber/silicone wine stopper with a simple pump called Vacu Vin (used to keep open wine a bit longer) - the stopper fit perfectly in the small round hole of the printer cap, and it only took several pumps to create some vacuum for the stopper to pop out the cap. Much easier than I was expecting based on what some other people went through to get the cap out.I will keep purchasing this refill whenever my printer runs out of toner.

Easy to use, works as advertised.
Kit is as advertised. Easy to use, no problems. My old cartridge is wearing out, but print quality is good enough for home use, and price of kit is much better than new or rebuilt cartridge.

Worked great for ML1740. I have some tips.
Instructions are generic or could be better. The toner cartridge already has a reusable black plug that is easily removed with a flat blade screwdriver. I recommend against drilling the cartridge per the included instructions. The hole is at the end, making it easier to remove the old toner. Also, cut the tip of the bottle cap to be larger so that it flows faster. I did it all in a garbage bag and the original size tip required a lot of shaking, puffing, blowing, etc to get all the toner out. This would have been a mess if I did it anywhere outside a disposable garbage bag. Also, the drum is exposed so be very careful when handling the cartridge!
