Love this, couldn't find many pipes that stretched out as far as this one, and it's perfect, you don't stand too near the wall so get great freedom of movement when showering, had it just over a year now and still looks in great condition, no rusting which was always a concern when first buyin one of theseAnd like others I couldn't get the hose to connect from a downwards position, but it has zero affect anyway, pipes go in all different angles to your house and inside the house, people moaning about it not being straight down are just moaning for the sake of it

There’s nothing wrong with the quality but the two piece construction is a mistake. It was a nightmare to fit and I found it impossible to align and even with using up the tape and trying a variety of washers I could not stop the seepage from the joints. I guess my shower head was just too heavy for it to bear efficiently. In the end I gave up on it and I would have returned it, but I damaged it in my vain efforts to fit it.

very nicely made item nice thick chrome plating .good tolerances in the threading much better than some other pipes ive bought.

I absolutely love this, although I ditched the screws and the ptfe tape as soon as I opened the box (like I do with anything that comes with it’s own fixings) and replaced them with proper plaster board fixings and a selection of rubber washers I had in my tool kit. I did all the measuring and set the angles and tested water before marking and drilling the wall. I then fitted the bracket and screwed it all together no problem, no leaks. Yes I know the inlet isn’t pointing straight down, I didn’t want it to. Regardless of where you want which bits pointing this is simple to fit and does the job brilliantly.

Bought this as buy again after installing one a few years ago that had gotten rusty due to a very damp bathroom.Beware that the screw threads are a different size and so you have to replace the wall mount. Annoyingly the wall mount doesn’t use the same drill holes as the previous version

This is a good quality item with a nice chromed surface. I used it to adapt another shower fitting over a bath with low level ceiling thus allowing adequate clearance to the shower head.

A bit small you are better getting the longer one as you don’t feel as if your rubbing your nose up against the tiles

Much better than the old telephone-style we had.

This is great for the rain shower head.

Alles etwas Tricki..Aufgepasst beim anbringen der Bohrlöcher… hier gibt es keine Schablone.. und die Rosette nimmt auch noch einige Gewindedrehungen weg, wenn die drauf ist…Hatte erst alles zusammengefügt damit alles schön waagerecht ist und das Rohr nach unten schaut ( ohne Rosette ) und gebohrt 🫣.Hat mich 2 neue Bohrlöcher gekostet…Aber das ganze passt super wenn man weiß wie.Empfehlung: anstatt dem Dichtband am besten eine Dichtscheibe einsetzen für 1/2 Zoll…dann tropft auch nix…Das Dichtband habe ich benützt um den kleinen hinteren Teil der an der Wand damit zu umwickeln.Warum ? Damit habe ich die Gewindedrehungen kleiner gemacht vom großen Rohr. So ist das jetzt perfekt und der Duschkopf 🚿 sitzt gerade drauf..

Bought this for use as an outdoor shower as we have a saltwater canal behind our house. Installed directly onto one of the concrete pillars. Chose this product due to the mounting type, the stand-off length of the extension pipe, the water supply connection (which utilizes a standard 1/2” NPT handheld shower hose), the 90-degree bend for the shower head and the clean overall look due to lack of a support bracket for the extension. Connected to an existing outdoor hose bib using the appropriate adapters, added a diverter valve and a handheld shower wand for further utility (e.g., maintaintenance).

Nicht die beste Verarbeitung die Länge des duscharms macht ihm bei großem Duschkopf zu schaffen hängt bei 50x50cm Duschkopf durch. Liegt aber einfach am Gewicht des Duschkopfes.
