The cards come in a book with a 150 page boom detailing the meanings of the cards and how to use them for shadowing. The pictures are very clear and detailed and the card quite sturdy. Slightly larger than the,”Blue Lenormand” but still, not uncomfortable to shuffle. This is a nice starter set, if you are new to Lenormand and don’t have any other books in your collection.

Ottimo anche per chi desidera fare un regalo ad amici appassionati.

The cards are small, pocket size. Approximately 4 by 2.5 inches. The book is 7.5 by 5 inches.The historical value of this deck is what attracted me the most. The guidebook is very informative; tho, the images for each card corresponds, perhaps, to the original antique deck, which to me is an extra point of interest.This deck, also, will be held close to my heart as a reminder of my grandmother who did practice cartomancy and taught me a little of this art.

Il set di carte è molto carino, adatto a chi ha le mani abbastanza piccole come le mie, facili da maneggiare. Dimensione di carte standard per intenderci, non i classici tarocchi (le Lenormand non sono comunque tarocchi e hanno un loro modo di essere interpretate). Le raffigurazioni in stile vintage richiamano molto le classiche, plastificate ma non troppo lucide. Il cartoncino è più leggero di quanto mi aspettassi ma il mazzo si mischia bene e dovrebbero essere comunque resistenti all'uso. D'altra parte è un giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo, considerato che il kit contiene anche un libretto, in sola lingua inglese, piuttosto dettagliato con i significati di ciascuna carta e vari metodi di stesura. Nel complesso è uno dei kit (libretto e carte) più completi che ho visto in commercio.
