Big Game Treestand Ratchet Strap Black 3PK

These are not exactly what I was hopping for. I would not use these as a replacement for your main support strap on any hang on stand. They are more for a secondary strap to firm up a stand nearer to the base of the platform. I weigh 165lbs and they just don't look like they are the right material or strap density / weight to be considered for a main stand strap.

Like that they are original straps made for this ladder stand.

Use it for secondary safety strap on my ladder stands

These were perfect for what I needed -- pulling back a large tree branch that was expanding into a fence and threatening to push it over. A little tricky to load the strap into the ratchet, but once loaded, this worked great. The ratchet is long, well leveraged and comfortable to use.

Flimsey

These straps are extremely sturdy and weather resistant. Most importantly, they are DESIGNED FOR TREESTANDS, that is, the hook permanently attached to the ratchet mechanism has a short strap so that when it is on the stand and around the tree the ratchet is within reach instead of around behind the tree like with "universal" ratchet straps with longer fixed hook straps.

I had to replace my tree stand straps this year. These are a great price for the 3 pack.Easy to use, and a great 8 foot length, means you won't have a lot of excess strap dangling off your stand, but can easily get it wrapped around the tree.Not much else to say. They do the job.
