Read the description of the product
The product arrived in a nice box and was well presented. I went to open the cryptex itself and the password listed in the instructions was not the correct password. I contacted the seller and the response I received was no help. For whatever reason, I pulled the item back up and caught the part of the description that had the default password which worked to open it. I was able to reset the password and the item works like it should. I gave it four stars because the instructions contained the wrong information, I should not have had to refer back to the purchase page to stumble on the information I needed to use it.

Password change instructions could be better
What the instructions don't tell you is that when changing the password you have to slide off the letter ring from the metal ring and then change what letter is over the notch.
