So it’s been returned!Edited: ok so after 2 days i got it to work. Don’t even know how but they are connected to my wifi. Great quality, the pictures are great and sharp and the sounds works great!!! Set up should be a little easier and with clear instructions. Also the number to call is a non working customer service number.If you want complicated this is the cam for you! I been trying to connect these to the wifi using the app and NOTHING!!! 3 hrs sitting here trying to figure it out!! I am about to box it and send back!

The cameras work sometimes. Night quality is the best feature. How am I supposed to check my cameras when they are like this half the time

DO NOT BUY THESE CAMERAS!!! This company is the worst to deal with!!! I was unable to get the cameras to stay online! I bought 4 cameras and only 3 would connect after the first week 2 went off line and would not re-bind. I called the company, did everything they told me to do but still could not get the cameras to work. Finally, I took them down and returned them. That was in September. They have not refunded my money yet!! They have asked me 4 times to send them the order number. I did that! They have asked me 3 times to send them the tracking number. I did that! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!!!

It's hard to review this. The cameras work great. The motion detection is very sensitive, which for security is good. Be aware you have to buy an ad card for each cameraReally the only issue is the app you are forced to use. The app is garbage. Half the time it wont connect, loses the connection and due to the crap connection, doesnt alert you as it should. Read the reviews on the app jawa . It makes these great cameras horrible and you have to use the app

I bought 6 of these cameras based on your rating and customer reviews. I installed them and had to synchronize them several times to get them to work. The picture quality is good but the audio and alarm systems leave a lot to be desired as there is no volume control for either the speaker or for the alarm system. The Jawa app that the pamphlet recommends does nothing to correct this and am left wondering if it is a camera problem or an app problem or if neither will correct these issues. I also get alarms with the alarm shut off. Jawa support is doe not seem to exist. still working on solving the issues a week later but will keep an open mind while seeking the answers

After using these cameras for nearly a year, I still like them. These are hardwired, meaning they require an outlet to be plugged in, but it also means they can record 24/7. Picture is always clear, they connect to the wifi easily, audio is also clear, and setup isn't too complicated. Playback is a little strange as you can only view one hour at a time.I have only one issue so far. We replaced our old wifi router about a month ago, so I had to delete all the cameras and set them back up with the new wifi information. One of the cameras will no longer recognize the memory card installed in it. I have tried reformatting a few times, but it just won't get to 100% or it gives me an error message. You obviously cannot record without a memory card.

I read decent reviews so I thought I made a good choice trying to balance quality and economy ... To start it comes in a nice package look wise quality looks amazing.... Set up was pretty easy but as soon as I opened the app I realized that I wasn't going to be happy, it was pretty much in broken English Ugh! Well I installed 1 cam to start and at first it's seemed ok and was working decently... Night vision was pretty good and the 2way audio feature is pretty cool... Well that was it ...works good while I'm home on my network but now I try to check it out while I'm away from home .... and we'll just check out the picture I attached and that's what I got ... Kept trying over and over and that's all I could get needless to say I did not install the other three cameras and I just started processing a return... Back to the drawing board .. I'm going to check out the reolink cameras next ....crossing my fingers
