Great, simple and effective
I've been having problems with my wrists and have seen a physio in the past - I've learnt that this kind of tape when applied the right way does wonders for muscle and injury recovery. I decided to give it a go (on my own with the assistance of no physio) - as I know how to apply the tape by now (from seeing my physio do it). Good tape, aesthetically pleasing but also very sticky and easy to cut. It has some stretch to it which is good for comfort, but it still allows for a tight strapping which is needed. The blue is a nice, bright colour that always gets some kind of comments.

Avoid ! Took my skin off!
This tape took my skin off when pulled slowly away after the training ! The tape edges also difficult to remove as residue stays glued.
