It doesn't roll nearly as smoothly on 4 wheels as I hoped
We returned to in-office work this month for first time since COVID. I wanted 4-wheeler bag to haul my laptops from car to office. The first day I only brought one laptop, a mobile phone, my wallet & lunch in the bag & had to use it as traditional 2-wheel drag-behind on carpet because it wouldn't roll smoothly on 4 wheels. When I added a laptop(weight), it performed better, but still not what I was hoping for(like effortless glide of our TravelPro and Samsonite luggage). On the plus side: Appears well made. Great size. Super light compared to many bags I've tried. Thoughtful compartments.

Wrong color sent
Wrong color was sent but I needed it and it works well for what I needed it for. With bad needs I don't have to carry my heavy stuff back and forth from the office.

Great Purchase
I’m currently in nursing school so I have a lot of book and they are heavy. This bag has worked out perfect. It holds quite a bit of stuff and has made it easy to go from class to class.

Attractive large bag that will do for the current situation
It’s very attractive. But the wheels get stuck when it’s in use a lot or for longer usage with it. It’s definitely much lighter weight than the smaller Pottery Barn nightmare of a rolling bag. But when the wheels stick it has the potential to be dragged across pavement and ripping. For a bag that cost $100 I’m not going to be happy if that happens. We’ve only had it for a couple of months and my son is only in school every other day due to covid. So I don’t know if he was using it daily how it would be holding up. I would have to re-review at a later date.As far as size- I got the biggest one and he can fit all his stuff in there. Including a coat. They won’t give the kids lockers so they have to carry everything with them. This fits: his chromebook, lunch, coat, 5 subject notebook, hydro flask, umbrella (there is a side net on each side which was important for me- a lot of bags don’t have them believe it or not), sizable headphones, and a medium sized pencil case. Plus various reading books on any given day. So there is a lot in there. It’s heavy with all the stuff but the bag itself is so light that is not contributing to the load. The pottery barn rolling backpack could barely fit half that and the shoulder straps ripped in less than 30 days. This bag, while not stretchy, I don’t know how to articulate it- but the fabric is softer so it just has more give to it. The pottery barn bag is stiffer so it’s harder to get stuff in there. This bag also has more compartments.I do wish it had a built in key ring. Because the best backpack really is Lands End - that was my son’s favorite bag but I don’t think they made a rolling one. The size and compartments were perfect. But he likes this bag- if only the wheels were sturdier/didn’t stick. Maybe they need to use skateboard wheels or something.

Exactly what I needed
I bought this to replace an over the shoulder laptop bag that was just too heavy. The bag is larger than I expected, my large laptop fits perfectly in it along with everything else I drag around (lunch, extra shoes, charger, notebook, water bottle and random electronics stuff). I can put my large travel mug or large water bottle in the side pocket. Bag is comfortable to pull for a taller person and it rolls very smoothly both fully upright and angled. This was an excellent purchase.

It lasted 3 years! The bag is fine, the handle cracked.
Whelp, I was hoping for about 5 years. But, I got three. And half of that time, I was remote and not using it. So, I'll give it 2 years of productivity. It has lots of great compartments and held everything I needed. I usually carried two 15 in laptops, ( although my 17-inch fit fine) an external monitor, my purse, and gym clothes. I included water bottles and notebooks. I took it on a few domestic trips as a carry-on and treated it kindly. The protracted handle was always a concern from day one. I found it unstable...however, it worked for me beyond my expectation. The wheels have been and still are awesome. But, it doesn't matter anymore without the handle. Now, it's gone and only leaves a very uncomfortable and bulky backpack. I will donate it now, because I don't have the fortitude to carry such a beastly object around. The next question is, do I replace it with the same thing, or look for something else?

overpriced
the bag does not hold as much as it ought for the price. you can get one a lot cheaper to hold a lot more for the price, would not purchase again or recommend

So much nicer than a roller bag
I love that you can wear it on your back if you need to. It also rolls, and stands up fairly well. Unless they change the guidelines, the 22 inch does fit in the overhead bins on airplanes. You can get quite a bit of clothes in there. I put several outfits in it in case my main luggage gets lost, including shoes. Lots of different pockets for different stuff. So glad I switch to this from a roller bag.
