Love this product - have used this for 3yrs. Brighter skin, longer eyelashes and smooth hair as it took away the frizz

Seems a good product but taking 6 big tablets ?? Seems a lot but i will take a 2 at a time .Just started to day so do not know much , will know in few weeks or month.

I’m yet to see results since I just started taking it

Been using for a while now it says take six tablets but only take one and seen the difference in my skin

Excellent product but very expensive on Amazon compared to Costco

The dosage is 6 capsules daily. I find it harder to incorporate 6 into my day so I take 3. It has only been a few days and I already feel less joint stiffness. The capsules are rather large so I'd you have trouble taking pills I would suggest getting smaller size or the powder. Great balance of amino acid profile which is what made me choose this type in first place. The value for cost is pretty good. I would recommend it to others.

So I wanted to get the one that were shown in the picture. Types 1, 2, and 3. Advanced formula.I received the skin, hair & nail formula. As shown in my pictures. I wanted the 1, 2 and 3 to ensure all 3 types of collagen were included. I'm not sure why I received this other product, tho it is still collagen and I'll use it. I dont like that the types of hydrolyzed collagen are not listed on the product nor its sources. Hence why I wanted the 1, 2 & 3 as shown in the picture.

Tablets are too big to swallow. Plus, a lot of loose powder and covered with my fingers every time Take them. I'd like to return the product but not allowed.
