Bi and loud!! Works for what I needed it for.

Poor Quality
This is not what you think it will be. The bell casting metal is very thin. The bell clapper is a small piece of metal attached by a thin wire. The overall construction of the thing is rather cheap and wonky. I feel like I flushed my money down the toilet with this one.
