I have been adding a scoop of this every morning to my smoothie as I was looking for something to give more benefit each day. I have been hearing great things about collagen recently and have been reading about whey protein studies as well so this seemed like a great fit. Vanilla flavor is good for me as I like creamy smoothies. I started with a half scoop and built up to a full scoop. I had never had any protein or collagen before and was scared of the taste and texture. It is AMAZING. So yummy and no grittiness at all. I have used it with water, juice and almond milk bases and it blends in great with all of them. It makes me feel full all morning so I use it as my breakfast. I’m not left craving a meal like I used to after my smoothie. I love that there isn not sugar added and it is made with natural ingredients that are easy to understand. I haven’t “noticed” any immediate differences, but I don’t expect to either.

The product is horrible unless you are a huge fan of artificial sweeteners. The company claims to have a money back guarantee but will not respond to messages regarding that. I can't recommend this product. There are much better out there.

I have been trying different protein shakes off and on for years now and I love this one. It tastes great with almond milk (I’m sure it would be good with other kinds of milk or even water but I’ve only use the almond milk). It keeps me full and decreases my appetite at supper time. I have mainly been using it as a meal replacement at lunch, but I also drink it right after a workout to help build muscle. It has collagen in it which Is an added benefit. I love that it’s high in protein and low in calories! I would highly recommend trying this product.

This is the easiest on the go shake I've ever made! It mixes easily with bottled water, coconut water, coconut milk, or nut milk and the taste is anything but ho hum! I love to add a couple of frozen strawberries to it and slipping a glass into the freezer for a short time makes a heavenly slushy. Cut the liquid in half and you've made a great tasting pudding. It's so versatile and has helped me stay on track with this diet. I would definitely recommend it!

This is the first time I've tried an already-combined shake that has both a complete protein AND collagen, and it's been fantastic! I have been using the shake for my lunches. I love that there are no added sugars, and that it uses Monkfruit and Stevia instead. I have been blending mine with spinach, celery, and strawberries, or just drinking it on its own for lunch. Tastes good and is a healthy supplement for sure!

I bought my Beauty Shake about 2 weeks ago and have used it daily. At first, it was just in the morning before I go to work, nothing too fancy, 1 scoop of Beauty Shake, Almond Milk, and ice. I was struggling with my new meal plan which isn't allowing for any artificial sweetener for my coffee, and then my daughter suggested I add some of my shake and it was just the amount of sweetener. I have now started making a 2nd one later in the evening for an after work out treat and added some oranges along with my almond milk and ice to my Beauty Shake and it's like having a creamsicle so that is my sweet treat after a good work out. Now both I and my daughter are using it for our post work out treat!

It dissolves wonderfully in any liquid! Even in Greek yogurt it tasted smooth and delicious! I’m usually not a huge fan of vanilla flavored protein but this tastes amazing! It delivers that hunger satisfaction as well and keeps me feeling full for a good while! Would definitely buy again!
